SSamanthaHuntGreat hotel that looks like an apartment complex. Buffet Breakfast was simple, a few hot choices, and had daily pancakes so my kids were happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Small clean gym and outdoor pool with sitting area. The 2 bedroom was perfect with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress needs to be thrown away and replaced as it was badly stained. So we just slept on the couch. Will stay again.
XXIAOYANMore than 10 hours from New York City, the car did not light off at the exit of 293, found this hotel area nearby, there are 3 hotels, this and the other are owned by Marriott, from Raleigh Uber 13 in the central area, we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, another best western hotel in the same hospital has to wait until 3 pm, but the front desk agrees to stay immediately, including breakfast, no need for any meal coupons, Marriott The hotel is fantastic! In addition, the house price changes very much every day, the double bed room on Saturday includes more than 640 inclusive of taxes, and the twin room on Sunday contains 4 early 539 tax, and Monday has become 800, including tax, I don't know why... .
GGuest UserThe Marriott Courtyard in Cary, NC is a well-maintained hotel with clean, comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff was especially welcoming, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. A pleasant stay overall!
KKAREN MARYA very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. There were not many places to eat nearby but if you had a vehicle this wouldn't be an issue.
DDarleneChecking in and out was a breeze… the staff were very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean… our biggest issue was parking…no spaces available both nights
we stayed.. we had to park on the sidewalk like
NNiwaniI was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room suite is not bad, very close to Raleigh Airport, Wi-Fi is very good, you can also send Shuttle to pick you up when you call the airport in the middle of the night.
Breakfast is more general, not many choices.
Bad experience: At 11:30 this morning, when taking the Shuttle from the hotel to the rental car point (5 minutes drive), a black driver blackmailed that Shuttle cost $10 and had to pay in cash. Knowing that Shuttle is free, I also prepared a tip of $10, but listening to him ask for money, there was me in the car at the time, for safety, I gave him a $10 fare and a $10 tip. This 20-knife taxi is definitely more than enough. This experience is really bad
AAnonymous UserLocation of the hotel is great, easy access to stores and highway. Plenty of parking. Check in was easy. However rooms and towels are only cleaned every 3 days unless you request it. Requested towels and cleaning on day 2 however it was not completed and had to go see the front desk upon return. Phone in the room did not work the entire time. Breakfast was decent.
GGuest User...you get what you paid for...the location of the hotel is close to other hotel brands, a gas station and fast food, so the place is quiet at least when I visited...check in was not too busy and the lobby was small...I stayed at the first floor, which I did not like it because most of the time you can hear other room doors open and close...they should fix the doors because the springs in them are strong which cause them to slam. So I would avoid the first but I booked a king bed...the room I stayed in was okay but I did not like the bathroom...the fan was too loud when you turn the lights on...breakfast was okay nothing fancy I just did not like how some of the guess did not know how to manage their own kids...they keep touching the food and the only waffle machine.
