Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central Reviews

Clean hotel in a central and convenient location (a few minutes walk to a tram and bus stop). The reception smells good and the staffs are nice. Our room looks a bit outdated though we got one with a tub. However, it felt unsafe to use as it gets slippery when wet. It’s safer to add an anti-slip surface. Hope the hotel considers that. Regardless, this is a highly recommended hotel.

It's decent in the local hotel. The surroundings are relatively quiet.

A microwave was asked for baby milk heating but not provided at the reception in the evening.

The hotel is very good, i would like to recommend it. And they have very nice Reception. We are very happy, thank you.

nice location, just at the vicinity of Chinatown with No.9 tram station beside so it’s very convenient to get to the beach. also the window view is great

Good hotel in relation to location and comfort of rooms. Had a room at side.of hotel so view was great and noise level was low. Bit stingy on the coffee and tea and had to request more. Hotel looks high class but is just a regular, run of the mill hotel. Only services available is food available from 5-9.30pm and then a bar service. Bar staff are obnoxious and egocentric though so atmosphere is bad. All other hotel staff are great. No leisure centre or fitness center. No vending machine either just overpriced snacks and water available at reception.

This hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We were able to get to everything by foot. It was an amazing city and we are so happy we stayed at this hotel!!

Overall a good stay. Close to main station. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

In the heart of The Hague. I dont think you can have better location than that.
