Yongjia Hotel is a must-stay hotel every time I go to Haikou. The twin rooms have two large beds, which are more comfortable to sleep on, much better than those in Vienna. In addition, there are plenty of parking spaces and underground garages, which makes it very convenient to travel around and eat. It's great, 5-star recommendation!

There is nothing else to say. The cleanliness of the room is really worrying. This is the second time we have stayed in Hainan. The first time we felt good, and we chose this place the second time. However, the sheets and bath towels were all stained, so we called the guest room. , I waited for almost 20 minutes before someone came to change the sheets. It was almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, because I had two children with me, there were too many things, and the children were very sleepy, otherwise I would have checked out at that time. Yes, I originally planned to stay for a few more days, but decided to check out the next day.

As a tourist city, the facilities and equipment of this hotel are not perfect. 1. There is no retractable clothesline in the shower room of the hotel, which is not convenient for people staying for 2 days or more. 2. So far, the hotel's takeaway is still delivered to the room by the takeaway staff, which reflects the backwardness of the hotel's modern facilities and equipment. Now many hotels are equipped with robots, which are not only convenient, but also relatively friendly to single guests late at night. I don't consider recommending or staying again.

The front desk service needs to be more professional this time. When I came back that night, the room card did not respond and could not be swiped. Why did I go downstairs to check the room card the day before yesterday? Since I asked if I was staying for one day or two days, I said I just checked in today. , saying that the room card failed, which happens sometimes, and strangely asked me what room number I was staying in. I have never encountered such a problem. It failed during normal check-in time, which is also funny. The first point: When giving the room card, the front desk did not check the card machine for some reason. They asked how many days they would stay. This made it suspicious that I took the room card to open the door after the check-in time. Second point: Your card machine checked and said it was a room card problem. Sometimes like this, the room card will display information about the room number and ask for the room number. These are very unprofessional. Since you said that there is a problem with your room card, it has nothing to do with the guest. If you keep asking the guest, you are assuming that the problem is caused by the guest.

I stayed here because it was close to my work location, but it was worth staying here. The overall feeling was good, the facilities, hygiene and service were all good. I just couldn't understand why only one breakfast was provided for two people staying together.

The quality of the waiters is not good enough! No manners! The waiters started picking up the items that were not finished yet! It feels very bad, like driving away guests! Shouldn’t the free entertainment space be picked up after the guests leave?

The room is much better than expected, and the price/performance ratio is very high. However, there is no scale, which is not satisfactory... In addition, the food in the restaurant on the second floor is delicious, recommended~

This is a very cost-effective hotel, with a four-star standard for just over 300 yuan. The room is very large, over 40 square meters, and the bed in the standard room is at least 1.6 meters wide, which is much better than the average small hotel. There is a buffet breakfast and a teahouse with many choices, and the service in all aspects is also good. It is highly recommended.
