The sanitation of the room needs to be strengthened. 1 dining chairs and the edge of the trash can are a bit unsatisfactory. 2 I also hope not to dry the quilt cover on the balcony, which will affect the lighting, and it is very uncomfortable to look at. , 3 I hope that the light will be brighter and it will be more comfortable. I always feel that the light is too dim. I hope to do these details to add points to the house in the future. Generally speaking, the homestay is good, it is also very convenient to move in, and it is cost-effective. I did not give full marks. I hope the boss can have room for improvement.

裝修比較老，設施部分有些老舊，用水不是很好，本來想着一家人自己做飯，廚房的水龍頭由於老舊水流實在太小，，床實在是太硬，沙發也是咯吱咯吱，不敢太用力做，不過小美女管家還是挺敬業的

好不錯，位置還行，恆大很大，需要走幾步，不過坐車的話，可以送到門口。離馮小剛電影公社不太遠。 適合一家人度假。

優點： 1、房客可以免費使用廚房用品。 2、房間佈局尚屬合理，分體房屋結構還算是比較大的。值得點讚的是，小童房配置有書桌，假期帶孩子出門去玩，回來還可以寫作業。和在家的作息沒差。 缺點： 1、設施比較老舊，晾衣架東一個西一個不是變形就是生銹。陽台沒有紗門，不能開門通風，必須關着門窗，否則蚊子滿天飛。 2、還有餐桌上時常會有超級迷你小小的螞蟻，感覺爬到身上會咬人。晚上睡覺的時候，全身刺撓，老是做夢，夢見有螞蟻咬人。 3、最可怕的就是海南的蚊子，各種咬，滿身是包。最可怕的一個包，居然是在肚臍眼上方，奇癢無比。 4、海南氣候炎熱，房東應該配備防蚊噴霧和風油精之類的。

性價比還是不錯的，周圍配套設施比較齊全，交通方便，不過離主要景點都有距離，適合自駕遊的家庭出行。房子裝修應該挺久了插座都不是很靈敏，牀頭櫃的插座都插不穩手機充電器。

進入房間的第一感覺就像是自己的家一樣温馨舒適，衞生乾淨整潔明亮，估計是業主以前自己住的房子拿出來做了民宿。適合帶孩子的2個家庭出行旅行住宿，性價比比較高，雖然我們沒有使用廚房洗衣機。

房間很乾凈，位置佳，小區周邊吃的用的買起來都很方便，不遠處有個萬人海鮮廣場，旁邊有摩天輪和小朋友玩的地方，再遠一點有一個大型的購物中心，離高鐵東站打車也就不到十分鐘，總體來説很不錯。

房子和照片無差，房東很熱情，也通情達理。床單被套也做到了一客一換。小區購物也很方便哦。總體入住體驗很好，以後還會選擇這裏
