It was a parent-child room but there were no children's slippers and children's toiletries. I put up with it. Then I found a white object on the bedside table. I thought it was glue because a protective corner was installed. When I touched it with my hand, I discovered it was chewing gum. . . . I. . . . I told the front desk about this, and they didn't mention changing my room. They just asked the aunt to clean it up. I thought it was too late, so I decided to change my reservation for two nights to one night. I was already in a bad mood when I got here. I found mosquitoes in the room, so I wanted to call the landline and ask the front desk to get another one. I found that the landline was broken and I couldn't make calls. Then I called on my mobile phone and was told that there was no extra mosquito repellent. . . I'm convinced. . . The breakfast the next day was also hard to describe, it felt like a makeshift breakfast room. I originally wanted to give it all 0.5 points, but then I thought someone helped me carry my luggage from the door to the front desk when I first arrived. . .

The transportation is very convenient. There are duty-free shops within walking distance and the train station is only a few kilometers away. Taxis are available almost everywhere in Haikou and the prices are cheap. The room is quite large, with a tatami where you can sit and drink tea. The hotel service is also pretty good. If you need anything, call the front desk and the robot will bring it to you.

The service is still good! If I need extra quilts and pillows, they will be brought to me quickly. If I need anything, they will be brought to me quickly! There are robots and washing machines and dryers! The quilt cover is relatively hard and makes a loud sound when turning over when sleeping! However, the zero-pressure mattress is quite comfortable to sleep on! When you sleep on your back, your waist won’t hurt! Overall, I think this hotel is average! 😒
