The room is big and clean. The hotel environment is very good. The service is very good and considerate. We upgraded the room type. The hotel also provides free late-night snacks. The service experience was great. I was upgraded to a room when I arrived late. The soundproofing is pretty good and it's not noisy near the elevator. I thought it was self-service laundry, but I didn't expect to queue up in the laundry room (the washing machine was full). The service sister directly washed and dried it and sent it back to hang it on the door. It was definitely the service of a high-star hotel.
