Great hideaway resort, in Do Son wasnt busy was off-peak october. Weather let it down raining for 2days i was there. Last day of check out sun starts shining, service was great got a cake given to me as was my birthday. Breakfast Buffet decent, only issue no spa prob because of low season.

리조트다 보니 베트남 아이들이 엄청 많아 소란스럽습니다.
특히 아침 조식시간은 아이들로 인해 엄청 북적합니다.
조용한걸 좋아하시는분께는 조금 비추입니다.

真实反馈，新建的渡假村，挺漂亮，服務人員也都挺禮貌熱情，但有一件事把本來的好心情完全破坏！
我們訂了兩个房間，家人住的那间晚上在酒店用好晚餐回房洗澡，洗澡的時候突然听到房里有東西掉下來的聲音赶快出來看，整𠆤窗帘連棍子都掉下來，因为家人腿腳不太方便所以馬上打電話告訴我，我跟同住的朋友到房間看看情況并打电话让酒店派人來維修。
維修部门的人來后进门没有任何关心询問人有沒有受傷，直接就問会不会是我们用力過度把窗帘拉下來的，直接无语！
修好后也沒人过來打扫滿地灰尘的房間，也沒有任何抱歉😥
跟携程反映了情況，客服很快有应对去跟代理商调查，只想说這种沒有服務意识的員工会坏了整个酒店的形象，安全隐患也是選擇酒店的要素，希望平台重視并关注后续結果
