Good hotel with views of the bay and mountains at the same time, large room with good air conditioning and window, safe, bathrobe, average cleanliness, there were a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in, good buffet breakfast and varied, large dining room and pool on the terrace…..

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We were met on the street by the fantastic bellmen who carried our bags and were cheerful our whole stay. The young lady who told us all the hotel facilities was also brilliant. However the front desk staff were all appalling and made you feel as if they were doing you a favour. We stood at the desk one evening for 15 minutes whilst the person on the desk sat chatting on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge our presence - we eventually gave up and left. Unfortunately we lost our room key card and were charged 200000VD for a new one. Breakfast poor/average at best - very busy, limited choice and closes at 9. Bed comfortable and large although it was two beds pushed together and the light switches and sockets were now in the middle of the bed - we accidentally switched on the lights a few times in the night as we slept. We had a sea view room and the view was fantastic.

Staff were very helpful, service was excellent, rooms were great, very friendly atmosphere with good English spoken by staff. Wow the sky bar and pool was magnificent, this place is highly recommended by me I f you are staying in cat ba. Close proximity to great restaurants and shops and waterfront this hotel is great stayed 4 nights 2 families 2 rooms can’t complain about anything

We had a king sea view room for two nights , mainly to do the Lan Ha bay day cruise. Don’t understand the need to sit down and wait for check in if you’ve arrived after check in time and prepaid. We paid about $118 Au per night , including breakfast. Good view from the room, unfortunately only one chair for a double room to sit in and enjoy it. Huge bed and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff there greeted us warmly and promptly cleared plates as they were used.

The good: excellent location, great sea view, nice breakfast The bad: indifferent and unprofessional staff. Housekeeping service is of a very low standard. Amenities are very cheap, towels are very old and some have holes in them. Not recommended

Top notch facility, location and phenomenal staff.the breakfast is excellent with a big room and many options to choose from: seater and eastern cuisine. Modern and clean rooms with staff who go out of their way to arrange anything you may need. They answered questions joyfully and took pride in their service and work. We were so pleased with this facility and it made the stay so comfortable and welcoming. Great views from the room and rooftop. Only down fall is limited loins chair seating at pool. Welcome drink at the sky bar is a kind bonus.

What a great place to stay. Price is excellent. The breakfast was great. Rooms really big and clean. Pool a bit small but was never an issue finding a spot of getting some quiet time. There are only 4 pool loungers and the tables And chairs. Not much but the roof top pool is really small. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's wonderful, that's how I feel when I'm here, the space is clean and open, there's even a swimming pool to enjoy the romantic space, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, the food and drinks here are also very good. It's delicious. I will come back here one day soon

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Fabulous in every respect. From the room with a picture window over the bay, to the sophisticated bar and pool area on the rooftop, to the amazing staff to the delicious breakfast. I could go on and on....
