The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and professional. They respond to requests immediately. The rooms are cleaned daily, quickly and neatly. We rented a room with a kitchen. All equipment in the room (microwave, stove, refrigerator, air conditioner) is in good working order. The room is equipped with dishes. The location is convenient, you can quickly and easily get to Ha Long Bay, the airport. Of the minuses: a meager breakfast on a fixed menu, there is a kettle in the room, bottled water is given to the room every day, but tea and coffee were bought independently (although for such a price for a room it is incorrect to say that this is a disadvantage). The air conditioner is located so that the air from it blows directly onto the bed. In general, we recommend the hotel for a budget tourist

Excellent apartments. Large room with refrigerator, stove and sink. Spacious room. Clean and new linen. The hotel is located in the Korean quarter. Everything is tailored for Koreans (shops, cafes, etc.).
