Surprisingly the room was clean. Nice chandelier in the room. Breakfast was pleasantly good and filling. The flooring of the rooms was granite which was well grouted though this is surprising for a hotel in a place that can get very cold. The air conditioning unit broke down though. It would be nice if the room had a kettle to boil water on cold nights.

I liked the hotel, service, room and food. No complaints. I will stay here on my next trips to Almaty. I recommend the hotel!

This hotel is a trap, I hope everyone will pay attention!

The location is two stops away from the Almaty Passenger Terminal. All buses go to the passenger terminal, so it is very convenient to stay here before leaving Almaty. Opposite the hotel is the super-large Grand Park, which has separate areas for food, clothing, entertainment, and a supermarket with a full range of specialties and snacks, which is very convenient. The decoration environment is good, the service is good, the bathroom is very spacious, the wet and dry separation is very spacious, the sink has no countertop, only the pool is small, the most important bed is too narrow, two 0.8 meters wide (a family of three can only sleep together, if the bed is wider, it will be perfect ), breakfast is not a buffet, it is an a la carte set meal, the combination is good and you can feel full and satisfied. In addition, the room rate paid on Ctrip includes taxes, but does not include tourism taxes. I paid 1,500 jian ge in cash.

I had a flight at 10 pm night, they refused to put my luggage in the reception, had to pay extra 40 USD around just to extend my checkout to put my luggage there. This was very weird , normally everywhere they allow to deposit luggage and collect later

I chose this hotel by chance, but I didn’t regret a minute! They received me wonderfully, the girl at the reception took care of my comfort as if I had come to visit her! And breakfast! They bring it to your room - free of charge! Large selection and everything is very tasty! The hotel is clean, comfortable - I am satisfied with absolutely everything!
