沒有人氣，不怪酒店，要怪政府，把客人引過來，人氣高了，酒店相應設施和服務也能上來。現在狀況很一般，早餐有極大改善空間。
前台一再叮囑給好評，的確，應該給前台服務員好評，她的確很努力。

環境衞生，選擇海景房較好，面向大海，通風條件好，可以聽海浪的聲音，心情愉悦。山景房有股發黴的味道，謹慎選擇。

酒店服務態度還是不錯的，酒店距離海邊很近，海景房的話，觀海倒是一個不錯的位置，離海邊近是它的一個最重要的優點。不過酒店設施有點老化

全國住的酒店入住體驗最最最差的一家店！！！沒有之一！！！房間門是有缺損的；沙發椅是帶坑的；電話是擺設讓你無法聯繫到前台的；蓮蓬頭是不咋出水的；洗漱用品是最次的；飲用水給你兩瓶如果不夠是2元一瓶要單獨購買的；房間是不提供抽紙的；捲紙是一沾水就化成渣的；退房前台是不願意給開流水單的；最最關鍵，前台服務員才是上帝那種，提合理訴求是會跟你臉紅脖子粗，各種甩臉子的！！！實事求是填寫評價，各位看官自行斟酌🤝

這酒店有點兒浪費了，除了位置好，其它的都不怎麼樣，設施老舊，電視衹能看12個台，電話不能用,早餐衹有幾個炒菜，白米飯，饅頭，小米粥，喝的什麼都沒有

房間衞生間的清潔程度非常堪憂，晚上地漏和馬桶散發陣陣惡臭，房間設施也很陳舊，電話是擺設，熱水要放很長時間才熱……
真的除了一開窗就是海景，其他啥也不是

酒店環境很不錯，夏天帶家人來度假很舒服，可以再沙灘上跑步，在街邊上品嚐海鮮，也可以直接從酒店穿着泳裝就去浴場。

海陽是個海濱城市，酒店面朝萬米金沙灘，可惜酒店裝修特別陳舊，也沒有服務意識，入住體驗感比較差，希望能看到酒店的改進。
