Great free Buffet Room was nice Staffs are super kind

The hotel is in front of JR Hakodate station and next to the tram. Convenient travel Upon check-in, there is a welcome drink of tea, coffee, and infusion water. Breakfast is not a lot, but delicious. You can eat until you're full.

Very, very good, satisfied, highly recommended. Very close to the JR station, there are many restaurants downstairs. The room type I stayed in was very spacious (compared to other express hotels in Japan). Our two 26-inch and 30-inch suitcases could be opened at the same time, and the room was not crowded after opening the suitcases. The windows can be opened, and it will not make any noise at night when sleeping with the windows open, it is very quiet. The pillows and mattresses of Comfort Hotel are very comfortable to sleep on, I like them very much! The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The price is affordable and impeccable. I will book it again next time I come to Hakodate.

We were stayed at comfort hotel for 2 nights. It's very close to Hakodate station and morning market. We are recommended for this hotel as it's so convenient and nice Japanese restaurant around the area.

5 minutes walk to Hokodate Station. very good location. staffs very friendly, efficient during checkin and check out. lift available. room and bathroom are clean. they prepared welcome drinks, including coffee. breakfast is just nice! 😀

The location is excellent, very close to Hakodate Station, and you can see the station from the room. It is also very close to the Hakodate Morning Market, and the tram is right at the door. The hotel has free breakfast, but I was busy going to Hakodate Market to eat paella so I didn’t experience it haha... The attitude of the front desk was very good. Although I couldn't enter the room early because I arrived early, they helped store the luggage and completed the procedures. After that, I could get the room card directly. The room is just like an ordinary Japanese express hotel. The facilities are a bit old, but although it is small and well-equipped, it is enough. The cleanliness of the rooms is also relatively good.
