Family Lodge Hatagoya Hakodate

It's a very cozy cabin. The house is free from the usual cramped conditions in Japan. The owner is very nice and the house is kept spotless. The actual house is more beautiful than the photos. I highly recommend staying here.

We are traveling as a family of three, and the location is very easy to find, and the parking lot is large and easy to park. The room was very clean and the toilet and bathroom were separate, making it easy to use. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the owner was very kind, so it was the best night of my trip. I would like to use it again in the future.

The bed was large and comfortable. I will also use it.

With two queen beds, a family of four can sleep comfortably. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I think you can get to the city center by taxi for about the same cost as public transportation. I think the quality is great for this price, so I would like to use it again.

Despite being located in the center of town (in a residential area), it was a very quiet and nice facility. The staff were kind and provided gentle service. Public transportation, restaurants, *****tores, convenience stores, and even the sea were all within walking distance, so it was very accessible for exploring. There was also a long-established rice cracker shop nearby. Even if you stretch your car, there are many tourist spots within about 10 minutes, so my family and I had a very satisfying trip. This is a lodging we would like to stay at again!

The service is simple and there is nothing unnecessary, so the price is kept low. The facilities and rooms are clean. I was glad that the coffee in the lounge was available anytime between 7am and 11pm! The amenities were only towels (changed daily for the number of people), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. There were no toothbrushes, etc., so it was the bare minimum, but I brought my own so it was fine. I thought it would be nice to have hand soap. The shower had good power, the air conditioner worked well without any smell, and there was no sound leakage from the hallway or neighboring rooms, so it was very comfortable. The laundry was reasonable, at 200 yen for 5kg of laundry and 100 yen/30 minutes for the dryer. The breakfast had about three types of bread and juice, which was just right for a breakfast while traveling. The staff were very friendly and I would like to use it again. However, due to the season when I used it, the humidity was high, so if the air conditioner's dehumidification mode was not always on, the carpet on the floor and the futon would get damp.

It was clean and well-cleaned. I was satisfied with the value for money, but if I were to be greedy, I would have liked a towel rack.

The room is clean and spacious, so it's comfortable.
