It was a great time. So nice experience. The staff is very polite and friendly. The dinner and the breakfast were amazing. We also visited a private onsen, spent really nice time there under the sound of the rain and with the view on bamboo forest.

It was the first time staying in a ryokan and it was great! The dinners were great and the stay was comfortable. However, the room does not have any shower so you need to go to the public bath to have a shower.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with the bus stop right outside. There are two young ladies at the front desk who can speak Chinese and help us a lot. They are very enthusiastic and never tire of answering our questions. Thank you very much! When I returned to Tokyo from Hakone with my children, the young lady recommended that we take the bus, which was right outside the door, which was very convenient.
