The attention detail was wonderful. They took great care of us. Drove us to and from skiing and other locations. Wonderful staff. Gorgeous room and main building.

The staff are the best. Thank you for taking care of us. This is a place I will definitely want to come back to. The food is so tasty as well. Room is near and the shower is hot!

Excellent service and location. Special thank you for Mickey and all the staff for all their help. Restaurant recommendations were perfect, car service to and from slopes quick and efficient. Would come back and stay with pleasure

設施：設備相對比較老舊，但是都維護的不錯；
衞生：還算可以，不過有潔癖，用酒精擦了一陣也是不乏有些犄角旮旯還是比較黑的；
環境：應該説是不錯的，處於森林之中。屬於比較偏的位置，但是環境很好。但出去出了打車或者酒店巴士基本沒戲，走到八方温泉差不多30分鐘。
服務：應該算是相當好的，但酒店的車不知道為什麼有時候可以免費接送，有時間就需要我自己打車出行，沒有提供規則。整體服務不錯的。早餐單調了些，但搭配比較健康。晚餐屬於不錯的法餐，雖然沒有到米其林水準，但就論服務和環境，對得起價格。

Снаряжение хранят да приносят
Номера большие, если не брать самое дешевое
Ванна джакузи и душ
Отдельные ванные принадлежности, которые меняют каждый день
Чай и угощения в Холле с камином
Несколько кафе рядом
Из минусов
Не вкусная еда в местных ресторанах за дорого
Прохладно в Холле с камином из за того, что входные двери часто открывают, а огонь слаб или отсутствует
Немного не хватает персонала - горел бы камин сильно и постоянно было бы идеально
