We had booked wrongly the room for that day, we personally when down to the hotel request to cancel my booking, the manager in charge verbally agreed but after we left I saw the system rejected my request, end up they charge me without we check in the hotel. When we call up to us , their reply is we book thru trip we must ask trip to settle then hang up the phone. So disappointed with the service.

The location is great. The room was not cleaned during the day. The minibar did not work. The window in the room did not close completely. It was noisy and cold at night because of this.
Water was given to me at the reception after I showed that it was in the reservation. There is an open kitchen for employees downstairs. Customers cannot use it. I think that in this case it should be hidden from everyone. In January it is not the season, it is quite difficult to find an open cafe nearby.
