Fantastic boutique hotel, the feel is more like a bed and breakfast but with more space. The staff was lovely and the grounds were impeccable!

The continental breakfast was great, the wine hour was a great surprize, the newly renovated dining room/ restaurant was delicious. The staff were perfect and the gardens and wildlife are very special.

We really enjoyed our quiet king bed comfortable suite. It was nice to make a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy it on our little private porch. All staff members were kind, accommodating and very sweet to us. Walking distance to Hamilton or a cheap and quick cab ride. Hotel offered a happy hour which was relaxing and an informative time with other guests. The grounds were friendly and inviting and beautifully maintained.
Palomino restaurant had delicious food.

Charming smaller hotel. We’ll managed. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Much more personal attention than the larger resorts. Very nice breakfast included. Complimentary wine reception every evening too. Walkable to town and many restaurants as well as the bus station. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The staff and service are friendly and top notch. The courtyard gardens are beautiful with plenty of quiet spaces to sit and relax among the flowers, trees, butterflies and birds.

As our cab from the airport pulled up to the beautiful Royal Palms we were greeted by a warm, personable manger to welcome us. The service was incredibly good and the accommodations were distinctive and luxurious. We were pampered the entire visit.

Property and staff were amazing. A little noisy in the mornings due to the scooter traffic, but that is inherent to the island for sure. Beutiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend to others as well.

Lovely spot for exploring Bermuda
Lovely garden setting! Royal Palms had all we wanted; friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed and convenient location walking distance to downtown Hamilton. We would stay again!
