Barossa Brauhaus Hotel

Barossa Brauhaus Hotel

📍 41 Murray Street, Angaston
★★★ 9.0 (57 reviews)

"The first time I lived in this old hotel I saw in the electric scene and novel, I felt very good. Below is the upper hall, above is the guest room, the guest room is modernly remodeled, and some original appearance is maintained, very distinctive. Clean and tidy. The key is that a service guy named Dean has been to Chengdu, China, and can speak Chinese. This makes me feel good. The accommodation fee booked in Trip.com these days is dozens of yuan more expensive than Qunar. I was killed."

"Thanks Jerry for being accommodating and lucky us, we were even upgraded to a King Suite free of charge! The Orlando Suite was absolutely stunning and the bed was so comfortable. The surrounding gardens are lovely, our only disappointment was that the weather was way too cold to take advantage of the gorgeous pool."

Barossa Shiraz Estate

Barossa Shiraz Estate

📍 1246 Barossa Valley Way, Lyndoch
★★★★ 9.5 (47 reviews)

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful accommodation. The three bedrooms are generous and the master had a beautiful en-suite with a spa tub looking into the garden. As we booked two nights there was a bottle of wine included and the provisions provided for breakfast were delicious and more than sufficient for our party. The beds were super comfortable which is always a bonus. If you are looking for something a bit ‘special’ for your barossa stay you should definitely consider the Barossa Shiraz Estate."

Barossa Brauhaus Hotel ★★★
"Stayed last year and everything was as booked, check in was easy, room was bright, warm and bed was comfy.. Sharing bathroom was never an issue as there are 4, still clean and new, spout needs tightening in third bathroom. Will stay next time I'm down. Oh had dinner too, everything was tasty and good price for a small schnitzel which is all I wanted."

Barossa Palms Motel ★★★
"Staying at the Barossa Palms Motel for my quick overnight stay in Nuriootpa was an unexpected surprise. This little gem is owned and operated by Elizabeth who is transforming the Barossa Palms into a welcoming, relaxing resort style accommodation. Her vision for the complex is a credit to her and whilst the outdoor areas are still a work in progress, it is clear to see that this little Oasis is going to appeal to everyone. For the families, she is establishing a children’s playground with the cutest and fun little baby goats and the new swimming pool will have you feeling that you could be in a resort in the desert outside Dubai. In the Reception area is a Coffee Bar and tables and chairs, a pool table, a relaxing Private lounge area and opposite, Elizabeth has a fully equipped gym. There is so much thought and expertise put into this ‘Wellness Area’ and it is a credit to Elizabeth and her team. To delve further into Elizabeth and her husband Dan’s vision and to see how, together with their team of workers they have transformed The Palms with their bare hands and hard work, I suggest you check out their Facebook Page which is also more than you could imagine and shows how The Barossa Palms will become a most sought after place to stay in the Barossa. Unlike any other accommodation, this family owned and run Motel exudes friendliness and care and ‘pocket rocket’ owner Elizabeth is a hands on, genuine and lovely person who has a keen eye for detail and I wish her well her final vision to transform her Motel into Resort Style Accommodation focusing on Wellness for the entire family to enjoy. There is also an Underground VIP Lounge which will blow your mind.  A unique draw card that you will not find elsewhere. Barossa Palms Motel will be on my list for a longer stay to enjoy the uniqueness of Elizabeth and Dan’s Barossa delight."

"I read a lot of the previous reviews but still thought I’d give it a go based on the great location. Unfortunately the reviews were stop on. At $500 per night, we stayed 2 nights, the experience needs to be higher, this place is not even close. It was a warm day so you’d expect on arrival the air con would be on, to cool the building. Nope. The air con is undersized for the space so it took 2 hours to cool. The rear window of the sauna was shattered, the bbq was filthy and the outdoor furniture, stained, and wobbly. The fridge is small and doesn’t allow you to take much, luckily I had my car fridge. You’d think a gift basket of local produce would be included based on the cost per night, nope, only an $18 bottle of red which we left. Sunday morning I was greeted by the cleaners and was asked why I was there and did I have a late check out. Nice communication from management. I also asked if they knew about the window being shattered, they did. If you are going to charge top dollar then the experience needs to be at the level. This place is way off and not worth the money. So disappointing."

"Amazing experience staying at the Barn cottage. Very comfortable and clean, lovely welcome pack which included enough goods for breakfast and also a bottle of lovely wine. We loved sitting upstairs on the balcony looking out to the fabulous views, was so relaxing. Wineries on your doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
