"Very convenient, very complete, everything is good.
Parking is easy. The one-bedroom apartment with two bedrooms is great for 2 people and is too spacious.
Since I did not reply to the landlord's email in time, I notified the check-in information through Ctrip and checked in smoothly.
It is recommended that friends who stay here check in early. After dark, the words ”Avon Apartments” on the room are not easy to see."

"Upgraded the room, one bedroom and one living room, very quiet and comfortable, air-conditioned and bathtub. Sleep well! The grandfather at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and efficient! I will go to Wellington in the future!"

"Nice accommodation in a private house. The access code for the front door and the room door had to be requested over the phone. Since I had not yet activated a New Zealand SIM card, I drove to a coffee house that was open on Sunday and asked the employee to call the number provided on his phone."

"Welcome was good. The reception staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a river facing room. Overall the service was just okay for it's price. For its price, I feel that parking should be included. A limited parking that can be reserved at $36 was offered when I called in a day before as well as a free parking further down the hotel that is not guaranteed. We availed of the additional $36, this includes a valet service. The hotel room design was as expected of Novotel hotels, but it was not up to it's best standard. The remote control and kettle in our room was dusty. Amenities needed to be requested, I did this in advance during booking. But there were no slippers in the room upon arrival except for the 4 towels requested. Breakfast buffet was just the usual fare."

"The accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process."

WWendyWe were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, tidy, and really well presented. The bathroom was really big, and the shower was awesome. We were a bit worried about traffic noise as it's on a busy road and next to a BP station, but once the windows were closed, it was so quiet. You honestly couldn't hear anything. You do have to go to another motel to book inn, which isn't a problem, but it should be mentioned when you make your booking. Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe front desk is on the second floor and it took me a long time to find it. The pretty lady at the front desk was very nice. Although I didn't fully understand what she said, her enthusiastic smile diluted the fatigue along the way. There are many restaurants around the hotel, even several Chinese restaurants. The bathroom is a little small, but there is nothing wrong with it.

The bed was especially comfortable, and the location was close to shops and cafes. There was also ample parking space, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for the price.

GGuest UserBasically, this hotel (inn) has everything you want, but the quality is not high. The biggest advantage is that it is very convenient if you are traveling by car. The fact that you can park your car at the door is very good. Don’t count the other things. , which is also good. There is a large supermarket opposite which is convenient for shopping!

KKarl RHuge rooms, the biggest I've had in New Zealand, however the room was sparsely furnished so they could have made better use of the space which was effectively wasted. For instance there were no chairs to sit in. A pair of chairs with a side table would really make a difference. Its a historic hotel but very much 'faded grandeur', however I knew when I booked that the hotel wasn't the most modern and that was ok as I wanted that historic feel. It's not everyday that you stay inthe same hotel that Queen Elizabeth did (in 1953). The bed was comfortable, the shower hot (a huge bathroom too) and the staff were helpful. Great location right in the city centre too.

GGuest UserMy stay at Alcamo Motel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to the city center of Hamilton, with plenty of parking available. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated, which was slightly disappointing. With some renovations, this place could definitely attract even more guests. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

GGuest UserOur stay was really great. After a few little tweaks every thing settled in. The only issue we felt needing attention urgently was the....Ice-boxes ...in the fridge.
We would certainly recommend the Ramada Hotel to all.
