Wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staffs. Delicious breakfast, spacious and very clean room with great facilities. Perfect location only 1 Km from the train East station and the hotel provides free pick up from the train station. Highly recommended!

以後再也不會來這家店了，真心的坑人，入住過這麼多的酒店，這是第一次給差評，實在是有點忍無可忍，住這家酒店已經好幾次了，差別竟然如此之大，之前出差過來，覺得住這還比較不錯，這次沒有多想直接訂了，從到大廳，就覺得不太一樣了，連個問好聲都沒有，冷冷清清的，之前的熱情全無，不都説顧客是上帝嗎，我怎麼覺得工作人員更像是上帝呢，整的好像我欠你們錢一樣，板個臉，辦理入住，費半天勁，不知道是不是新來的，問啥都不知道，之前來住都是送早餐的，現在讓自己購買，還88一個人，我就想問問，你們這個早餐值這個價格嗎，説句不好聽的，這粥做的熟了嗎就出鍋了？這次的入住真的天地之差，原來熟悉的前台美女們一個都不見了，態度也是從熱情到冷陌。送個水果吧，居然還是壞的，要真捨不得就別送了，誰也不差這兩口吃的，送個壞的，看着怪噁心的。

這衞生差死了，第一次到邯鄲出差，特意選了個新酒店，以為設施和衞生會好一些，可是刷新了我的三觀，在邯鄲這種城市，我認為將近300的房價，已經算是中高檔了，這衞生還不如一個快捷酒店，進到房間，馬桶上都是點，不知道是水漬還是其他什麼，叫了服務員給打掃乾淨了，準備躺一會兒，一看床上居然是毛髮，也分辨不出來是頭髮還是其他，着實給我噁心到了，這麼大的酒店，都節省到這個程度了嗎？打掃房間都不換床品的嗎？打電話到前台投訴，連句抱歉都沒有，潦草的給換了一個房間，態度也是僵硬，好像弄的是我沒事找事一樣。前台辦入住的時候聽説有健身房，結果去了才是驚到了我的下巴，這也叫健身房，一平米大小的兩個跑步機，還是在洗衣房的拐角，還不如自己家的陽台大。真的跟大家説下，選擇的時候需謹慎，不要跟我一樣踩坑了……

設施：新開的酒店設施很新，裝修味道很大，有機器人送餐，電梯音樂太大且吵，隔音也不好
衞生：一般，沙發上很明顯的污漬，且有長頭髮
環境：房間很大

位置：有點偏僻，地下停車場口太隱蔽，找了好幾圈才看見，周圍也沒有什麼東西可以吃，性價比一般吧，離高鐵站不算近

經常出差全國各地的酒店都住了個遍，這家雲酒店，新開的，設施衞生環境服務各方面都是非常好，房間有智能管家，馬桶也是智能的，還配備了一次性馬桶套，對我一個有潔癖的人來説是很加分的！早餐種類也很豐富，前台幾位美女小姐姐很熱情，還有男酒店經理也很有禮貌給你按電梯，因為各方面都很好所以我就又續房了，，不錯不錯。。。♥

此次是送孩子上學，第一次來邯鄲，被這個價格的性價比驚艷了，酒店有接送服務，新開業首先設施新，乾淨衞生，服務也一應俱全，配套的用品也很時尚精緻，會議室，餐飲都有，我是一個對住很講究的人，很少有酒店茶品配白毫銀針，懂的人自然懂，還有獨立的茶室，商務休閑也方便，下次來看孩子還住這家，希望越做越好。

超讚的一次入住 首先酒店的位置特別好 從高鐵站幾分鐘開車就到了 入住的時候因為帶着孩子給我們從大床房調到了雙床 早上早餐説孩子免費但是孩子起晚了還是讓我們吃了早餐 服務人員耐心的等着我們 走的時候由於離高鐵開車時間晚給我們免費延遲退房了一小時 還派車把我們送到了高鐵站 下次來還定這家
