I really enjoyed my stay here The hotel was beautiful and peaceful There are many aesthetic spots to take pictures The hotel staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was enjoyable and there were many different options to choose from, in addition the restaurant had pizzas and other items in an al a carte menu available from 11am till 9pm (can also be ordered as room service) There was a beautiful pool open until 10pm The hotel room was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well Overall the hotel is definitely worth it, it’s very convenient as it has a lot of amenities The only downside about it is that it’s a little far centre (about 30 minutes) however is easy to get around using the bolt or grab app

The location is remote, the transportation is not convenient, it is difficult to travel and find food, the hotel restaurant closes at 8:30. However, the hotel can arrange a car to go to nearby places, but there is no shuttle bus to the airport, and the hotel charges a little bit for sending a car to the airport. The hot water facilities are very poor, the service speed is a bit slow, the hotel breakfast is average, the room is large and suitable for family stay, but it is large and not practical, nor delicate, the decoration is quite rough, the facilities feel like a three-star hotel, but the artificial landscape is beautiful, and it feels like a tropical rain forest.

The entire courtyard and building were designed by the hostess herself. The driving road that we entered at the beginning already had the feeling of a secret jungle. The courtyard is full of climbing plants, which can be seen as a natural appearance that has grown slowly over the years. Although there are many flowers and plants, the hotel has mosquito coils in the rest areas. Basically, you can sit and relax without any mosquitoes bothering you. Then I love the hostess’s little collection. It can be seen that they are all watercolor paintings and small decorations that she secretly likes. (It’s great to have a place where you can store the treasures you buy.) And the butler service here is also great. They can help us collect takeaways and deliver them to the room beautifully. Just send them the grab reservation. There is absolutely no effort required to google translate (you can completely go offline). There are also quite a few delicious Thai dishes nearby, and we ordered several excellent authentic Thai dishes. It doesn't have that authentic feel in the city center. The main disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center. We originally planned to come here to have fun and relax. But if you want to go out to the city center, it takes almost 25 minutes by car. This was our last stop so it was no problem for us.

One of my best experiences in Chiang Mai. I have been traveling here for years, it was the first time I stayed in Hangdong district. Foresta villa had everything I need: amazing delicious breakfast (simply wow! both me and my toddler loved it. there were different choices, I always had the same and did not get tired of it after a week, a small surprise every day with local snacks), quiet and comfortable sleep (some might consider bed a bit hard), very clean, the room is spacious. The people at the hotel are very helpful, friendly and kind. Made me feel like at home. There is a washing and drying machines (!) for use. Guests can use their kitchen. There are also only few rooms, so it's always quiet. We loved their pets. I had a car to drive around, it's more convenient in any part of Hangdong as everything is a bit far here in comparison with the city regardless in which part of the district you are. Still can get a cab using Grab if you don't like driving. It is definitely a place to come back.

There are too many mosquitoes. Everything else is fine.
