heater didn’t work. texted the receptionist via wechat and they didn’t reply. other than that, hotel was not too bad. it was clean and location was great

The hotel is luxurious and perfect, which makes me feel like I am a guest in an elegant and exquisite host's home in Europe, surrounded by elegance and warmth. With the careful service and care of gentle young people such as Mr. Zhang and Miss He, I felt very comfortable. The complimentary coffee and peach gum soup are a plus. The hotel has a strong high quality and integrity from the inside out. The most important thing is the price. The high cost performance is rare in the hotels I stayed in. I hope that the hotel will protect and maintain the existing status, and there will be more and more guests who pursue quality.

I really like the romantic and fashionable atmosphere. The enthusiastic and thoughtful service is very heartwarming. The dog who traveled with me also enjoyed the full love. The wonton stew for breakfast was very authentic and delicious. Freshly ground coffee and a delicate souvenir were also received before leaving. I will choose this place again when I come to Hangzhou next time.
