Location very good, many shops & can get food easily. Hotel room not same as pictures shown, a bit old.

The location is very good and the staff at the counter are also very nice. I will stay here again next time.

The whole is clean and the waiters are friendly. But the toilet is not separated from wet and dry, and some rooms allow smoking, so there is some smoke smell. There is a food court nearby, and one stall serves delicious chicken rice.

2 star hotel in the heart of Bukit Mertajam. Very good location. Counter staff are helpful. But sound proofing of the room is subpar, can hear footsteps and chatters clearly.
