Hilton Garden Inn Hangzhou West Lake

I heard it was a trial operation, and after experiencing it, the facilities and services were great. It just had a bit of a newly renovated feel, but it didn't hurt. The location of the hotel is very good. #location transportation

A great experience. The environment is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. It is also very close to the West Lake business district. The front desk is very friendly. I live on the 9th floor. The view is also very good. The shower gel in the bathroom is very fragrant and easy to use.

The newly opened hotel has new facilities and is very clean. The service from the front desk sister is very attentive. She helped arrange a room on the top floor when checking in. The view is wide and the lighting is good. The location of the hotel is also quite good. You can reach in77 in a few minutes' walk. There is everything to eat, drink and play inside. You can go for a walk along the river. I will stay here next time if I have the chance.

The hotel is very close to the lakeside in77, and you can walk to the West Lake; Zhonghe Middle Road feels a bit quiet in the bustle, which is very good; it is a newly opened hotel, the windows can be opened, so you don’t have to worry too much about the smell; in the old city, it is recommended to travel green

If I hadn't stayed in so many Hilton hotels, I would have really suspected that I had stayed in a fake Hilton. When we checked in, there were 6 or 7 people sitting at the front desk, and only one young man helped us check in unprofessionally. The others looked at us with big eyes. I sat and looked around (I didn't care about the service attitude). I needed room service in the evening. I called the front desk for more than an hour, but no one was on duty at the front desk. (Fortunately, it was just a small matter. If there is an emergency, I may have been too cold). After more than an hour, no one answered the phone, so I went downstairs to find the front desk. When I arrived at the front desk, I saw a young lady who needed to apply. She had been waiting for half an hour. She left early the next day at 8 I didn’t know which room was being renovated, and the constant sound of electric drills made me really angry when I woke up. However, no one answered the phone at the front desk. I was really speechless. From then on, I really paid attention to Hilton’s service products. I am extremely disgusted. There are a bunch of broken woven bags and wooden boards nailed around. The original elevator is so small that it feels like it has entered a garbage recycling station. 2. Cleaning: every day. There were two bottles of water in the room. There was only one bottle on the last day. 3. Room: The room was very small. 4. Service: The front desk staff was unprofessional and did not understand the most basic procedures.

As a loyal member of Hilton, you must choose one of its hotels when visiting Hangzhou. This is my first time traveling to Hangzhou, and this newly opened Hilton Garden Inn is perfect! The location is excellent, you can walk to the West Lake. The front office staff were very helpful and the rooms were very Hilton-like. The newly opened hotel has nothing to say about its cleanliness. Very good experience, happy!

不愧是希爾頓花園酒店，“花園”感十足，小清新，新酒店，來杭州玩不錯的選擇，走到音樂噴泉⛲️，湖濱銀泰也就十分鐘，去其他地方建議綠色出行，騎個共享單車，就很方便了，不受交通限制[偷笑] 剛進房間氣味多少有一點，開窗開門一會兒，就完全木有感覺了
