I came here during the Spring Festival and brought my kids. I found that all the breakfast shops around were closed. The shop owner was warm and gave me breakfast coupons, which was very good. The house has a cultural atmosphere. There is even an Oxford dictionary. The most exciting thing is that they also prepared a pencil case. It is worthy of being a hotel opened by a 985 university, hehe. There is also Longjing tea in the room, which is good.

The customer service attitude is very good, the hotel environment is very good, very sanitary, and very comfortable to live in. It is only about 15 minutes away from the West Lake Scenic Area. There are provincial government and Zhejiang University nearby. I will stay here next time.

When I smelled the cigarette, I immediately contacted the staff to deal with it. I was told that they could only persuade you to try not to smoke. What's the point of putting up a no-smoking sign! The room is already the last one, and the smell of cigarettes can penetrate into the room when the door is closed! The staff also explained that they could only persuade us, and asked their leaders in the middle. In the end, there was no solution for us. After persuading us, they told us to check the situation in half an hour, and the smell of cigarettes continued! Originally, I was traveling with children, and this handling method made me feel very unprofessional and the experience was extremely poor.
