This is my first time staying at your hotel. The hotel is located in the business district with convenient transportation and can meet daily needs. The hotel lobby and rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western food, coffee, and fruits. The waiters were amiable, polite and attentive.

It is a renovated old hotel, originally it was Huiyu Huaxin. Now it is a brand under Radisson, the lobby is quite transparent, the price-performance ratio is good, the room is clean and comfortable, the bed is relatively wide, and the service is also very warm 😊

The hotel environment and service exceeded my expectations! The room is spacious and bright, with a simple and elegant decoration style and very good sanitary conditions. The bathroom has sufficient water pressure, a stable supply of hot water, and a full range of toiletries. The hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are very new and the experience is great. It may be because of the new decoration, the smell is very strong, and I can only sleep with the windows open in winter 2. Voice-controlled lights, light up when you move slightly on the bed... 3. The TV is not high definition, the clarity is very low, and the TV will freeze when playing. The hotel staff adjusted it but it still remains the same. 4. The toilet and bathroom are together, but there is a door frame where it connects to the corridor, but there is no door. This means that when you take a shower or use the toilet, others standing in the corridor can see clearly. 5. I went to bed at 11pm. From the moment I lay down until about 1am, I heard a noise upstairs every 10 minutes. It sounded like a table being moved. 6. I live on the 6th floor, close to the residential area. I can hear the whispers of people below me at night. I experienced the daily chat culture of Hangzhou. This is the first time I have encountered so many hardware bugs while staying in a hotel...

The hotel is conveniently located, and its sanitation and facilities are also good. We arrived around 7pm on the 11th. The two ladies at the front desk provided very good service and checked in quickly. The breakfast is also quite suitable, I will choose here next time.
