Won't stay again! We checked into the hotel at noon on the 9th. The door to our room was suddenly opened by a strange man around 4 a.m. on the 10th. Fortunately, we hung up the anti-theft buckle before going to sleep, but the person who opened the door kept pushing the door inward and trying to open it. We were awakened by the noise and turned on a small light to check what was going on, and even saw the man trying to reach in to undo the anti-theft buckle! We fearfully called 110 and the front desk, but the front desk didn't know anything! After the police came, the front desk said that there was a system error that showed that our room was vacant, so it was reserved for a new guest. I won’t judge the authenticity, but we were so frightened that we could hardly sleep in the second half of the night. We still feel very panicked and it has caused great damage to my spirit!

五一杭州遊的第一個酒店，用了攜程積分。優缺點都是否鮮明。最大的優點就是價格真的算很便宜，特別是五一這樣的假期。酒店的設施便利度和房間衞生狀況也都沒有問題，在連鎖酒店算是基本品質達標了。
幾個缺點：周邊環境一般般，可能是因為清江路在修路。對我來説最大的缺點是大堂所在的那幢樓靠近高架。快捷酒店房間小，床幾乎都挨着窗户，所以肯定會聽到窗外的聲音，介意者慎選，或者要求1號樓的房間（可惜我一再強調不要靠高架，要安靜，店家仍沒有主動給我推薦不靠高架的1號樓，最後在主樓選了個奇奇怪怪房型的房間）。
我已經定了最高標準的高級大床房，但看了幾個房間都很小，最後因為想盡量安靜，選了個奇奇怪怪房型的房間。主要是窗户很小，衹能開出一個小口子，採光視野均不佳。床依然挨着窗户，窗簾拉不嚴實，一大清早，外面透光進來，就睡不着了。
酒店距離7號線莫邪塘站步行5分鐘，到吳山廣場河坊街比較近，7號線1-2站。但是好像除了7號線，周邊就沒有看到其他公交站了，而且7號線是從吳山廣場往蕭山方向的，和旅遊主幹線1號線3號線不能直接換乘，所以公共交通出行實際上不算方便。如果想玩河坊街南宋御街的，加點預算住在地鐵江城路站周邊會更方便。
快捷酒店，節假日客人很多，酒店有點嘈雜，服務也有點跟不上。早餐也就圖過能吃飽，肯定是不值38塊的。如果精打細算一點，不妨訂不含早的價格，到旁邊社區找早餐的小店，可能吃得更加舒服一點。

酒店是靠近杭州服裝批發市場附近，五一出遊帶小孩來玩的，前台很温馨的提供了小童和拖鞋，大廳有免費的冰鎮咖啡，特別不錯，值得一提的是酒店一樓外面居然有個露天陽台，很不錯，喝喝咖啡，聊聊天，很好。周邊小吃店也很多，房間設施設備齊全，衞生挺乾淨的，節假日入住還贈送了早餐和小飲料，很不錯哦，推薦入住。

位置優越交通便利，7號線地鐵站莫邪塘出門站幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，酒店旁邊是個小區，足夠安靜，1號樓新的房間很不錯，裝修新穎，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了。住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。
