The hotel was clean and room’s spacious. The beds were comfortable and our view over the river was lovely. We had plenty of choice at breakfast. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Nothing available in room even in special suite needs an improvement

Really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Premier Tonglu. Got a nice welcome by the front desk manager Elaine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall service has been excellent. Will absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tonglu

I will say this hotel is so Amazing, with s special wooden design on the wall of rooms corridor. I will recommend this hotel for couples ❤️ the surrounding environment very cozy breakfast really nice with the mango 🥭 juice 😌. Price also very reasonable and cheap compared to the luxury inside. Rooms also very big. Good for chilling with some two or more friends. When ever you arrive there never forget to ask for ‘Elaine lan ´she speaks really well English and always ready to assist you with any difficulties, very respectful and polite.

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

Super satisfied, I took my husband and son out for a family trip and chose this hotel. The front desk upgraded the room. The environment is good, the hardware facilities are very high-end, and the Fuchun River is visible from the window. The scenery is beautiful, and there are different feelings in the morning and evening. Xiaochen and Xiaolu are very considerate in service, and they specially gave children's supplies to the children. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Tonglu🏨

I want to give a big thumbs up to Ctrip. I decided to travel on May 2nd at short notice. I placed an order for the popular Fuchunjiang Atour Hotel on the night of May 1st. I thought I was lucky to be able to book this hotel, but it was probably cancelled in the middle of the night. I saw Ctrip's call in the morning, but I didn't pay attention because I was in a hurry. I didn't know that the original hotel was cancelled until I stopped at the service area at around 9 o'clock and received a call from Ctrip. I was recommended the nearby Oakwood Hotel. Here comes the key. I was given a two-bedroom suite for four people and the price difference was all paid to me according to the Atour booked the day before. This is too good. We can all stay here. The hotel is super good and new. The room is a super large hotel-style apartment suite. 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, super suitable for the whole family to go out. The location is also very good. It is next to Shuxiang Square, which is convenient for eating and night market. It is super good to live along the river.

The hotel by the river is very good. The rooms have a direct view of the river. The hotel elevator can go directly to the selected floor without pressing any buttons after entering. The breakfast is also very good. There are also many places to eat near the hotel.

The hotel is near the river and the center of the county. I stayed in a 2-bedroom deluxe suite on the 10th floor. The room, especially the living room, was very large and the river view was good. It was very suitable for family and friends to live together. The quality of the hotel breakfast was also good. The attitude of the front desk staff and the uncle at the gate was also very good. The only thing was that the sewer smell was a bit strong near the elevator area behind the lobby, and it couldn't be covered even after using a lot of fragrances.
