At first I thought it was a bit expensive for a part-time room, but I still felt it was a good value for money. In a place like Binjiang where land is at a premium, you can have such a big room for just over 100 to lie down and take a shower, especially since there is a washing machine that can be used. Laundry detergent, but it's a pity that the drying function cannot be used, otherwise it would be perfect. There is a microwave and induction cooker, so you can cook if you stay for a long time.

我很滿意房間的位置， 星光大道， 特別方便， 到處有吃的有喝的， 老闆特別熱情， 人很好，還幫我們升級了房間， 但是也有不滿意的地方，這不是詆譭公寓， 而是希望公寓能更好服務。
第一， 接待護照但不能註冊， 住的5 天 不能做電梯， 一直做貨梯， 進不了， 進了出不去， 每次讓保安去幫我們開， 第二天另個保安 他就問 我又開始解釋 我衹有護照 ……n 個解釋。 這個就是不那麼舒服， 讓我一直很累。
第二， 除了我們進來的第一天開始 房間沒打掃， 有兩瓶水， 最後的5 天都沒給水， 沒打掃， 中間我打電話 催了一下， 晚上回來 還是沒打掃， 也沒有衞生紙， 我們一直從外面買小衞生紙 或者買水回來， 所以這方面服務低了一些。 我覺得這種小細節 顧客最在意的。 也有可能是春節原因， 但是我覺得任何節日不應該影響公司的正常工作， 正常打掃衞生的問題。 所以希望下次注意一下。

去年Y晴期間在星光大道的公寓住過，但不是肯丁。這次慣性地又訂了那家。到酒店之前打電話問前台有沒有熨斗。服務員説沒有。我因為要住五天，去見客户需要把帶來的衣服熨一下，我的要求不過分吧！結果無論怎麼説，對方都沒有熨斗，也沒處去借。果斷退掉。查詢後才知道同一座公寓還有肯丁。問了前台有沒有熨斗，服務員説有。果斷下單。辦完入住進房間，發現肯丁的房間比另一家好，除了茶几，還有電腦桌，桌子上竟然還有鮮花！！是一盆鮮花！另外，這裏住着經濟實惠，外面就是購物中心，逛街吃飯都方便，還有物美超市。
