房間偏小，空調間隙有卡到的彈音，我還錄了音放給巴台小哥聽，服務小哥叫服務員調換，但調換到上水房旁及停車場旁，未同意，服務員説維修工回家過年了，沒辦法衹好理解，就衹有把吹風速調為0。不過他們態度還好。牙刷，蔬子有點軟不好用，房間無紙，可能春節忘了吧。

第一次住如家，真的是驚到我了，簡直不要太棒哦。從進門開始，服務人員就很熱情，併為我辦理了入住，同時還給我指引樓梯方向，還幫忙拿行李，以及其他的一些温馨提示，雖然都是一些小事情，但事事鉅細，熱情周到，房間寬敞明亮，房間衞生很乾凈，也很整潔，讓我對如家的房間有了新的認識。離西湖很近，走路都能過去，停車也就在門口，都很方便，值得推薦，！

房間佈局合理，性價比高，位置好，出門1分鐘就到動物園公交站；房間床墊還可以的，空調啟動着，或開着排風扇，都無雜音；衞生打掃的可以，乾淨；晚上8點半入住的時候，前台小哥入住時也會送一次性用品，到房間發現也有2瓶冰露；都還挺好的、沒什麼問題就是最好的。
