攜程上預訂的高級大床房，到酒店辦理完入住打開房門首先是一股子黴味，房型和我網上預訂的也不一樣，問了前台回覆給換房，換了第二間房還是和我網上預訂的不一樣，打掃衞生的保潔阿姨給的回覆也是大床房衹有一種房型，比第一間空間能大一些，因為當時保潔阿姨剛打掃完衞生門開着，我和孩子把行李放下就去遊西湖了，晚上回到酒店刷卡進門一股子下水道的臭味，簡直噁心死，已經是晚上十一點多不想折騰了就打算湊合一晚，躺下還沒一會樓上跟家庭影院似的吵的根本沒辦法睡覺，打了前台電話説是樓上密室逃脱，華住會旗下酒店選址這麼隨意了？根本不考慮遊客入住感受？最後攜程平台幫着處理聯繫酒店前台再次換房，已經是凌晨一點多快兩點我和孩子拖着箱子和行李又換一次房，前台夜班小哥哥很負責這次換對房型了，半夜入住的時候也沒發現房間有異味，今天早上睡醒無語了又是下水道的臭味，入住體驗最差的一次，建議想入住的還是多對比幾家。酒店中途還給拿了一台空氣凈化器，根本不管用

酒店前台服務員很熱情，因為門口有樓梯，看到我們進來主動幫我們提行李，還送了我們早餐，主要是我們一家是來杭州旅遊的，還幫我們規劃了旅遊路線，酒店位置優越，周邊設施齊全，吃的玩的都很近，出門遊玩首選
