Clean and tidy room. The check-in was smooth and and some of the staff were able to communicate in English.

Mingying Hotel is located about 15-20 minutes walk from the nearest metro off of Line 16. Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak in Hangzhou, check-in was painless and simple, taking no more than five minutes to complete. I would stay here again if I return to Lin'an.

If they would have a coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant, it would be perfect. Next time will stay there again. Perfect speaking staff at reception and the older women serving breakfast are very friendly

Exceeded expectations. The hotel is very warm. There are free snacks and candies. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and gave the children a small toy. The room is also very clean and hygienic. Not bad. Recommended.
