Great location and good service from staff (especially Xiao Sun), with a morning call provided. However, the overall vibe of the place felt quite eerie. The entire building is very old, and the corridor lighting was very dim and even flickering at times, which made it feel cold and creepy. Both walls of our room had noticeable creaking sounds. While the room was cleaned to a basic standard, the main issue we faced was bedbugs. We also encountered a few strange and unsettling incidents during our stay: 1. After knocking and entering our room, the toilet flushed automatically by itself. 2. We only had one room key card. Before leaving the room, we removed the card from the power slot, but oddly, the air-conditioner remained running and the TV screen turned blue as if it was on (though we didn’t switch it on). Possibly a power surge, but still strange. 3. I finished using the shower and made sure there was no water dripping before placing the shower head back. But when my friend entered, the water was running slightly. The moment he asked me about it and I approached the bathroom, the water stopped automatically. Since we returned to the hotel quite late (around 11–12 midnight) and had a very early flight the next morning, we were too exhausted to request a room change or report the issues in detail. Our suggestion: Please read through genuine reviews carefully before booking a hotel. Not all high ratings reflect the actual experience, especially if they’re prompted by the hotel itself.

It was worth every penny. I only stayed there for 5 hours, enough time to take bath and rest for a while before catching up the next flight. It is very near to Terminal 4 Hangzhou International airport. Many thanks to Xiaosun & Xiado for easing our room check-in and helping us booking an airport transfer.

Excellent location, walkable from HGH airport. Excellent view over the runway, from my room! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to airport especially if you Love watching airplanes taking off and landing. Only there was very short time . Staff helpful

I stayed in the hotel last night and was very impressed with the courteous service of the hotel staff. They allowed me to have a late checkout at 2pm so that I could go into the city to visit relatives without massive luggage. But one thing I want to remind the following travelors: better to take the Airport Shuttle Bus Route 1 or Route 3 at T3 or T4 instead of walking along the road for safety reasons. I walked on the road at night as I didn't know I could take an airport shuttle bus and would not recommend this walking practice for future reference. The breakfast was wonderful and itself was worth the price of the hotel night!

It's a very good location to stay for early flight or reach Hangzhou late at night. The room is spacious and theres a 24hrs convenient store beside the hotel. The disappointed part is the hotel stated free airport pick-up provided but at last inform too late and no service already. However, there's a free shuttle to reach the hotel. Therefore, it is still recommended to stay if you came in late and want to find a hotel to stay overnight before travelling to Xihu area.
