Facilities: The room was well-equipped, and having a full-length mirror made getting ready super convenient – perfect for someone like me who loves to dress up.
Cleanliness: The cleaning staff came to tidy up every day, which was fantastic.
Ambiance: The huge floor-to-ceiling windows, along with a small window offering a lovely view of lush greenery, brightened my mood incredibly every single day.
Service: Hangzhou has been experiencing a lot of rain recently. I went out, forgot my umbrella, and returned completely soaked. The front desk staff immediately noticed and asked with great concern if I was alright, advising me to quickly change into dry clothes. They even thoughtfully brought me some ginger tea to warm me up. Drinking that ginger tea truly warmed my heart. I'm so grateful to have met such wonderful hosts!

I've been to Hangzhou several times now, and this guesthouse offers great value and is very clean. It's conveniently located in Qingzhiwu, close to Zhejiang University and Lingyin Temple, making it easy to visit attractions. There are also plenty of local snacks nearby. The hostess was very welcoming. The guesthouse features a small courtyard for relaxing and a drying room for laundry. I usually don't sleep well, but I had a really comfortable night's sleep here. Each bed comes with a privacy curtain and a reading light. I would definitely book this guesthouse again on my next trip to Hangzhou.
