Mercure Hotel Hannover City Reviews

An absolutely magical town with a cozy Mercury Hotel is a must-see! everything is beautiful, clean, the breakfast is excellent, German quality in everything! From the train station there is a red ***** for tourists and leads through all the attractions. Thanks TRIP.com for my trip ❤️

Very ****** staff, they treat me really bad till I told them I have the feeling of stayin a very cheap hotel. My shower was broken for 3 days. I have to beg to get my “privilege bedroom” cleaned. Housekeeping only work till 3pm so you must notify before 12 at the reception if you need to get your bedroom cleaned. The first 3 nights they didn’t want to clean my room. They only have one Asian lady working there cleaning the whole hotel, of course she do what she can but is impossible for only one person clean this big hotel. While at the reception they have a huge staff (the man working there is really nice) but the most of the women from reception are really mean and ******, they don’t like people from color and they will let you know that! Really bad attention. This is definitely NO a 4 Star Hotel. The elevator was Dirty and some public’s areas also very dirty. But the worse was the Boss from the reception She is really terrible. I like the Hotel and I’ll be back hopefully she can be educated and they will have a better housekeeping staff

The accommodation conditions are very good, clean and hygienic, with carpets. There is also a good place to eat on the first floor. It is not far from the subway station aegidientplatz. Next to it is the Lower Saxony State Museum, which is very interesting

The chestnut tree in front of the hotel is ripe. Don’t ask me. I only know that this chestnut fell 2 centimeters away from my head. I almost got a blow from Maolizi🌰

The accommodation experience was good and the breakfast was very rich.

Very nice hotel, frendly staff at the reception, nice with green areas just outside if you need to walk a dog, street parking nearby, but only for 4 hours between 9 and 17 carpark is 20 euro, you can take your dog with you at the restaurent, and there is eating areas outside. It take only 10 min to walk to the city center.

This was a great place to stay while visiting wernigerode. Although we had only one night, it was perfect!

Nice property. Staff are friendly. AC in room was not able to keep up even though only 18 degrees outside. Got to sleep.
