Will come back here to stay if I travel Madrid again! Great hotel

A modern hotel in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Not too far from the center of the Madrid.

I wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel but was not bad. No amenities (disposable shower things, slippers). It was okay.

This hotel is amazing, the staff at the front desk is so good and helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Although there is no kettle in the room, hot water is available from the restaurant and hotel lobby. Nice walking path by the river next to the hotel.

location is not inside the city centre, but within my walking distance (within 40 mins).

All are good, the only problem is the inconvenience of transportation

The location is remoteThere is no transportation except busesThe nearest subway station is 20 minutes away! There is no drinking water in the room, no hot water kettle, and even the reception desk said nothing. There is no disposable toothbrush or slippers. Do not choose this hotel. It will definitely teach you a profound lesson! It is definitely not worthy of the title of a 4-star hotel. It is simply a rubbish hotel. 

The overall service was good, the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the twin bed room we requested was finally adjusted. The only problem was that the bathroom was not well waterproofed, and a lot of water flowed outside after taking a shower.
