All is good , great hotel , good services from the staff, location is strategy

The welcome here was great 👍. All staff are enthusiastic & helpful. The room, while compact, was more than adequate. Although my booking described city views so I was disappointed my room had no windows. Also the shower hot water was a little erratic but generally good. The bed was very comfortable and ensured restful sleeps. Breakfast was a substantial treat. The woman overseeing breakfast service was exceptional in meeting the demands of all guests. Location is very good for easy access to all attractions and amenities. I wanted to stay longer but couldn't get another booking due to the popularity of this establishment. I'd stay here again but would try to get a window next time. 👍

Very near to the Ho Chi Minh Mouseleum & the attractions.. Breakfast was Great There is tour agent at the lobby which able to organise day trip or anywhere to Halong Ba. Nice Fresh Juice Shop selling till late night. & Chee cheong fun with minced pork filing Would be staying again with them if everything stays the same Thanks to people at 20 Hotel.

It’s an old hotel and kind of tired. But the buffet is very nice and my stay was very pleasant! :) It’s a walking distance to sky lotte, B-25 Museum, Ho chi minh museum, one pillar pagoda, presidential palace, etc. But if you don’t like walking, you can book a grab motorbike. Also, if you know how to motorbike, they also rent motorbikes at the hotel ☺️ They’re all nice and accommodating. Had no issues at all during my stay. ☺️ Thank you!

Excellent... it was a great choice to stay in this hotel... breakfast was delicious and the hotel is located in a perfect spot in downtown... everything is super close and definitely it's in a convenient location...

This hotel is old but still has its charm. The buffet breakfast is just awesome and you would definitely want to include this. Otherwise the design of room, facilities is dated.

Decent hotel. Staff were great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Strong WIFI. Good value for your money.

Breakfast selection was good. recommended by local friend. but taxi to the airport in the morning is really Expensive.

Conveniently located next to mausoleum and temple of literature. Good value.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We checked in in the morning and staff was present. Location of the hotel was close to the Ho Chi Minh museum.

The hotel is a bit old but not rundown. But it is clean overall and the bed is comfortable and big. And if I may suggest, please change your tv to smart tv coz on this day and age smart tv is the way to go. It's cost effective. And location wise it is great, coz it's on the main road where one can easily book a grab car or bike. And if you can renovate the whole hotel to a new style and aesthetic much better.

In average,,,The room is larger than other hotels,,,,and it servers very good breakfast....
