The apartment is very clean and comfortable . High quality kitchen equipment Beautiful view of West lake. I enjoyed fireworks on New Year Eve . Nice and supportive staff . Thank you Highly recommend for anyone visit Hanoi or weekend gateway.

Super satisfied, the front desk communicates well in English, proactively reminds me to shop and prepare ingredients for New Year's Eve, which makes it easier to cook on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day when there is no business. The balcony and living room are excellent viewing locations for the night vigil light show and fireworks, a super perfect experience.

First day of arrival they can not provided the room type that we book they change from 3 bedroom type to single bed room for 2 room for us which we don’t like so next day we request to our booking room then finally they can manage to change for us .

It's convinient place to stay for bussines trip when you in hanoi, the room is spacious, complete amenities, reception is very profesional and helpful, location is near to westlake. i stay there for bussines trip for 3 days 2 night, and service is very amazing. Equipment is a little bit old. I would very recommend you to stay on westlake hanoi for bussines trip when you stay in hanoi, studio premier is also a very recommended room to stay in. The swimming pool is okay but just not really safe for kids as nobody guard and watch there like in somerset grand hanoi. But if you adult and alone or a couple without kids then everything is perfect. The hotel is located on foreigner area tayho with many bar and restaurant, local food it just accross the street from the hotel. The room itself comes without breakfast, so not much i can tell you. The hotel and service is realy 5 star, good service, and helpfull staff. Its very recommended to stay in somerset west lake for bussines trip in hanoi.
