"I was on a work trip and stayed here for a week. It was a good location close enough to the center but also at a good distance if you prefer non-touristy travelling like me. The person at the receptionist guided me to some good local restaurants nearby. The guard and housekeeping person were also very supportive to me with laundry. The balcony is noisy since its the main road which is normal. I enjoyed early mornings and late night at the balcony watching people go about their day. The balcony door blocks out the noise when you're in the room. I wish there was a small fan provided, in case you want to turn off the AC sometimes. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I had a nice conversation with the guard while waiting for my cab via Google translate. I'm glad I chose this apartment for my trip. I will come stay again if I have the chance to. Here are some things you could try at walking distance from this apartment - Long Waits Jazz Club, Èp Station coffee (opp the apt), Lermalemer Cafe (if you want a quaint reading/work time or even a nap), Bun Cha Sin Tu (for bun cha), Van Mieu (Temple of Literature)."

BBella GoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond when I wasn’t feeling well, he personally took me to the emergency room and even offered me some medicine just in case. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and local food spots. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hospitality and helpfulness here truly made a difference in my trip. Highly recommend!

SSalananamExcellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two.
Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed.
The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to.

Rryne.srjno problem with cleanliness, nice little balcony, too good for the price. there's also a projector to watch movie. the only thing that was not the same was that there was no washing machine as shown in the photo.
a tip is to get Zalo first and contact the homestay via Zalo. they also allow you to check in around 30 min-1 hr early. some good sticky rice and supermarket nearby.

DDil007You get what you paid for, my opinion this might be the best 3 star hotel with the lowest price and the location is great. Try not to get lured by taxis charging too much, just use Grab otherwise you will end up paying 4 times more than what the airport transfer rates are.

Because it is an apartment, the lady will take you upstairs to check in. You can check out the next day by closing the door and leaving. The deposit will be returned to your account on time. It is convenient and fast, and the service attitude is very good. The key is to speak Chinese.

GGuest UserI extended my stay several times and stayed for about a month. There were no particular problems and it was comfortable. The ceiling in the room was high, so the air conditioner was not very effective. However, if you set the air conditioner to swing, it worked well. Wifi sometimes cuts off or is weak, but it will return to normal if you turn the router off and on again. Organic* and drinks are sold by the reception desk.

We were deceived in another hotel, where we booked an apartment for 2 weeks and we had to go to the luxe paradise residence right at 3 am!! We woke up the security guard and he, having called the owner of the hotel, placed us in the lobby on the sofas inside the hotel for the night. And in the morning we were urgently checked into an already paid room at 12 am!
Thanks to this hotel for entering into our situation and not kicking us out!
Our request for the room is an additional second bucket in the room, because there is one in the toilet. A third towel in addition to the two for the body would also be useful. Also, the water is not very warm and remains cool at night

GGuest UserI rented a cozy flat for a weekend escape and it exceeded my expectations. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, with plenty of delicious street food options right around the corner.
The flat looked exactly like the photos—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. But the real highlight was the view: absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the city from above. However, water pressure is a bit weak. Apart from that, things went ok overall.

GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
