Hanoi Quan Ba Dinh 3-star Hotels

Excellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed. The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to.

The location is very good, close to the Japanese town, there are many cafes around, and there is a convenience store. The facilities are washlets, and the Japanese business hotel is wide in comparison with the price, and the cleanliness is Japanese level. The hospitality was perfect and the information bulletin was easy to understand. The breakfast was a little higher than a Japanese business hotel, and the ginger-grilled set meal was really delicious. The young female staff speaks cute Japanese hard to relieve their hearts.

The apartment has a minimalist style yet fully equipped. The small balcony with green plants gives a calm and refreshing vibe.

Nice place; close to the Old Quarters main area (say 10 mins by taxi). Rooms are new and clean. Service is not the best; as they dont have a conceirge buts kinda expected. My only challenge was that couple of times the lift didnt work and I had to climb 7 floors. But willl surely stay again. Overall 7.5/10

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient — close to shops, cafes, and public transportation. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. I especially loved the atmosphere — everything was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service

This was on top of my bed, and I don’t wanna know what it is. The water bottle in the room was basically empty so I had to buy my own. Other than that it was good. I even did some cooking in the kitchen, the smart tv was great too I was able to watch my movies and go on YouTube. The highlight was the receptionist, very nice and kind. They should make sure the room is very clean before a guest arrives but I’d be willing to go there again. 👍🏽

I've been in a lot of your courts over there. Hotels and Homestays. I saw 22 Land and 22 Husin and was quite satisfied with the service. You and my family have been a great support during my business travels with my wife and family. Next time I go back to Vietnam, I will introduce you to my partners or friends. This place was just so good, especially with the service provided too. Even with everything being so last minute. Thank you very much for everything and going over and beyond. The apartment was absolutely amazing and the laundry service was just the best. I wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment I originally booked was apparently not functioning anymore so I was very grateful when this apartment was so accomodating and kind during a very stressful time. They did my laundry late at night and returned it neatly folded on my door the next morning before I left for my flight. All included in the price. If you want to cook, a kitchen and utensils and all are provided too. There is a tv and 2 ACs and hot water! Highly recommend this place!

Don’t expect the standard hospitality when you stay. They would put the long term residents as their priority. Lack of communication, even I could said worst. On the check out date , I have been shouted by the staff, because the poor communication. I would avoid the type of property in the future.

I was able to upgrade the room for free and I was able to respond to Japanese, so I was able to stay stress free. At night, there was a light snack such as rice balls for free at the front desk and it was a thankful service when I was hungry.
