Hanoi Quan Ba Dinh 3-star Hotels

My stay at this apartment was fantastic. Everything was new and clean. The balcony offered a lively street view, making it a very pleasant place to sit in the evenings. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided prompt service. I will definitely stay here again!

It's good to be able to receive service in Japanese, but when there is a small problem, the receptionist and their colleague complain in Vietnamese in front of the guests, making it seem like it's the guests' fault, so I think it's best to refrain from doing so because it makes the other services look bad and makes people feel bad. I can understand Vietnamese but chose to ignore it, but I think it would be bad for people who don't understand Vietnamese to be spoken to with a displeased look on their face. Afterwards, I went to the cat cafe next to the hotel to relax.

Excellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed. The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to.

The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, ideal for those who enjoy cooking.

This stay really exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the bustling street below. Being so close to the city center made my trip incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

This was on top of my bed, and I don’t wanna know what it is. The water bottle in the room was basically empty so I had to buy my own. Other than that it was good. I even did some cooking in the kitchen, the smart tv was great too I was able to watch my movies and go on YouTube. The highlight was the receptionist, very nice and kind. They should make sure the room is very clean before a guest arrives but I’d be willing to go there again. 👍🏽

Sapa Hotel was the best among the three hotels we stayed at during our 6-night trip to Vietnam. The reception team (two ladies and one gentleman) were incredibly warm and treated us like family. They asked about our plans and even gave great local advice. One rainy night, when all the hotel umbrellas were in use, one of the staff kindly lent us her personal umbrella — such a thoughtful gesture! We also tried their breakfast for two days, and the spread was excellent — a good mix of carbs, fruits, and meats. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Sapa Lake, Sapa Station, the Stone Church, and VietTrekking Café. There are also many restaurants nearby with various price ranges. The rooftop view is beautiful too. Highly recommended!

The hotel reception staff is very patient in serving guests, and the hotel price is really not expensive

This place was just so good, especially with the service provided too. Even with everything being so last minute. Thank you very much for everything and going over and beyond. The apartment was absolutely amazing and the laundry service was just the best. I wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment I originally booked was apparently not functioning anymore so I was very grateful when this apartment was so accomodating and kind during a very stressful time. They did my laundry late at night and returned it neatly folded on my door the next morning before I left for my flight. All included in the price. If you want to cook, a kitchen and utensils and all are provided too. There is a tv and 2 ACs and hot water! Highly recommend this place!

I don't rate the service and facilities here very highly The floor is wet and a bit dirty The room has a rather unpleasant smell I couldn't find a cotton blanket and the door lock wasn't very tight
