I planned to stay in Hanoi for 7 days, and initially booked a 3-night stay at this guesthouse, unsure if it would be suitable. After arriving, I was very pleased and immediately added 4 more nights. First, this guesthouse belongs to a hotel of the same name, so the standards are very high. It's clean and hygienic, much like some hotels in Japan and Europe. Although small and charming, it has everything you need, and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Second, it's only a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and the surrounding commercial activities are naturally very developed—you name it, it has everything. The young lady, Jun, who manages the guesthouse, is also very professional, speaks excellent English, and is working hard to learn Chinese. A perfect score is a must!

A truly satisfying stay!
Choosing this hotel for my trip to Hanoi was definitely not a disappointment. First off, I have to commend how incredibly clean and tidy the room was. It was spotless, and even the small details were handled with care, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The bedding was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing for a good rest even in the hot weather.
Secondly, I must give a special shout-out to the breakfast – a wide variety of options, a great mix of Asian and Western cuisine, and new dishes every day. Whether it was the local pho, baguettes, or fresh tropical fruits, everything was delicious and completely exceeded my expectations. Starting the day with such a good meal really put me in a great mood.
The front desk staff were also very friendly, communicated fluently in English, and were proactive in helping answer all sorts of questions.
All in all, this is a hotel with excellent value for money. If I come back to Hanoi in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again. Highly recommended!
Very good reception, all the facilities of the hotel are there, mainly the very intimate items he provides, such as clean sponge sticks, clean towels, etc. Next time if there is action, I will book
You can come and experience it. The CP value is high and it is very convenient. There are many room types. It depends on your personal needs. The staff at the counter are very friendly. It is very convenient to eat around. Come and experience it.
About 10 minutes by motorbike from Hoang Kiem Lake, near the hotel there are many cafes and Japanese restaurants.
Friendly, enthusiastic staff.
Clean, tidy room.
My room's wifi is weak, loading very slowly, even 4g is weak. It's just a pity that the wifi is weak.
The bathroom has strong water, hot quickly. Quite great but the only thing is that the floor drain is outside, far from the shower, so every time you shower, water easily overflows onto the floor outside.
In return, it's convenient to travel and is welcomed friendly and has a delicious breakfast, so it's ok.
Super large space! It's really a super light-transmitting balcony!
The bed is soft and comfortable, the Samsung TV with mobile phone is awesome, the kitchenware is complete and long-term guests are welcome to cook. The bathroom is a little small and the hot water is not hot. The toilet paper can be replenished.
The hotel was clean and well maintained but I had to wait for the receptionist to finish showering so that I could check in. The female staff present when I arrived couldn't speak a word of English so she couldn't check me in. However, it was overall a good stay.
The room and bathroom are specious. Some rooms have river view. The hotel located outside of the old town, so if you want to go there, it’s possible to walk, but to take a taxi it’s more reasonable.
It’s pretty good place for a couple of nights.
New Year's Eve stay, not many listings, choose this hotel from Hoan Kiem Lake about ten minutes walk, there are many shops along the road, eating is convenient, the room will not be small, although not a new hotel but neat and clean is not bad
I'm a rather strict person. I stayed in a twin room. Here are my experiences after five days there. First, the cleanliness was excellent. A housekeeper came to clean the room every day. Although the space wasn't large, it was comfortable. Second, the service was very friendly. Finally, the hotel's location is convenient for many places, such as the Hanoi Opera House (2 km) and Hoan Kiem Lake (2.8 km). I think the price is really good value.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the 108 hospital, the room equipment is generally the same, there is no special impression. When booking a room, I saw that the parking lot was free, but I arranged on-street parking at the hotel.
PPetrI stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my wife.
The staff was polite and friendly, the bed and room were clean, it was clear that the renovation was recent, and the location was just excellent, overall I liked everything.
But still, there are a couple of points that require their voice, so that future guests have a complete picture. These are not disadvantages, just features that should be taken into account:
1) Photos and reality have differences, so I am attaching a couple of my photos.
2) The shower does not have endless warm water, and there is also no curtain and the drain goes towards the toilet, because of this, when you wash the entire floor in the bathroom is wet.
3) The door was photographed from the inside, as you can see there are no mechanical devices for locking (like a chain), only electronic locking and no peephole, in general it is fine for me, but for girls traveling alone or in small groups this usually matters, although in general Vietnam is a safe country :)
4) In our room there were 2 windows and 1 door to the balcony, in both windows there was a blank wall opposite, my wife found this somewhat uncomfortable, but the balcony was normal.
We spent a wonderful weekend in this hotel, and did not regret choosing it.

TThi NgaVery clean and tidy hotel
convenient location for travel around the city
Friendly and attentive service
Equipment matches the actual quality
Thank you
See you next trip
TTrinh Phuong NgocThe hotel is small, cheap, the location is also ok, but the only power socket is not available, 1 room with 4 cases can only use the socket plugging in the cabinet, I travel for a few days so I am afraid to complain
GGuest UserThe room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.
