The bathroom was actually open and next to the bed... you can imagine the feeling. Although there is a big bathtub, the disposable bathtub cover is not sticky at all. This check-in experience was very bad. We navigated from Sofia Square and it showed a 5-minute journey. When we navigated to the destination house number, we still couldn't find the entrance. We contacted customer service and added WeChat before telling us the specific route. Customer service is like an NPC, "assisting" us in an escape room game. All room messages and door opening methods are sent out one by one, consuming our enthusiasm and patience. After actually entering the room, what comes into view is a beautifully unique and carefully designed room, which is very warm, but what follows is even more surprising. The promised family room only had one double bed that was complete enough to sleep on, and the other bed only had a bare mattress, no quilt, and no pillows. In shock, I had no choice but to try to contact customer service. While we were waiting for a reply, we found a spare quilt with large areas of yellowing in the kitchen cabinet, two pillows and a mattress. In shock, we finally contacted the customer service. Under her patient guidance, we found a key to the balcony in the cupboard🔑. When we saw a pile of "clean" quilt covers piled on the ground, we finally gave up. Struggling among the pile of things, he made do with it and got ready for bed. What was even more shocking came when the first guest among us took a shower for about fifteen minutes. After that, there was no hot water anymore. The second person taking a bath was naked in the bathroom waiting for the hot water to appear. In other words, after a long time of escaping from the room in the cold wind, he could not even have a comfortable hot bath. It was simply depressing. People suffocate. The B&B is very close to Sophia Church and Central Street. The room is clean and warm, and the butler service is good. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will continue to stay here next time I come to play.

The worst B&B I have ever seen. The photos are all deceiving. The location is very difficult to find. I booked a room for two days but didn't check in for one night. Advantages: 1. The B&B is very close to Sophia Church and Daoli Food Market. You can go there every day. 2. The room is relatively large, the style is unique and novel. 3. The projection is great and I enjoy watching TV. Disadvantages: 1. The location is relatively far away from the community. 2. The communication process is not very satisfactory and the customer service is not professional. The page showed that extra beds could be added, but when asked for the first time, the response was "No extra beds, not enough space." So I asked for two quilts, and the customer service agreed. The next day, I asked if I could switch to a room that could accommodate an extra bed. I was told that no extra bed was available, but I could add an extra bed to the original room and needed to buy it now. Because the first time I said there was not enough space, and the second time I could add more, I was worried about how crowded it would be if I added more, so I didn’t dare to add more. On the day of departure, I confirmed the problem of adding two quilts, but the customer service said that they could not add more quilts and needed to buy them now. I had to tell them one day in advance and it was 60 per day. We had obviously told him a few days in advance, and after some speechless communication, the owner of the B&B himself went to help buy a quilt at the last minute. The customer service also said that they would help me apply for a quilt exemption, and I was really convinced. 3. Regarding hygiene and cleaning, the blanket on the small rocking chair looked quite dirty. For guests who stay together, communicate about cleaning issues in advance instead of waiting to ask and then saying "we will make arrangements if necessary." Including disposable towels and bath towels, you should also put more disposable towels and bath towels at one time. 4. There is a question marked on the page, and it shows that mineral water is available, but when asked about the charges, it is recommended that you ask clearly what the charges are before checking in, and do not focus on the room type introduction interface. Others: 1. The large bathtub is the highlight of the room. Although the steps are cracked, it is of no use for family travel. The toilet has no cover and faces the transparent shower space, which is quite embarrassing. 2. You can have one more stool in the house. For this price, it's pretty much a no-brainer.

Super satisfying accommodation experience. The store had already turned on the heating in the room when I checked in, and the room was warm and not cold at all. The room was very clean and cozy. It's really convenient for four people to live with their mother and daughter. Moreover, the B&B is very close to Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and Zhaolin Park. It's only two kilometers away by taxi from Harbin Railway Station. It is the best choice to go out for shopping, eating, taking photos, playing and shopping. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in the future, it’s great.
