"Traveling with my family, one adult and two children, finding a suitable hotel room can be quite limiting. This hotel, however, had spacious rooms with a comfortable two-meter bed, which was more than enough for us. The voice control was very convenient, the facilities were new, and the mattress was comfortable. The location is also very convenient, right next to a large shopping mall, and within walking distance to Central Street. Excellent value for money!"

They constantly passed the buck. The service was awful, and the staff were utterly unhelpful and unapproachable. I was told late that night that the issue would be resolved the next day, but by the time I checked out and left, no one had contacted me, and no one cared. Overall, an extremely poor stay!"

Everything you need is there like laundry, gym, other necessities like hairdryer, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. If I needed anything I could just ask for it. The location is a bit far from the center but it was very easy go there with a didi."
