"The concierge service in the river view room was superb, even better than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, surpassing five-star hotels with an abundance of delicious options. The best part is that breakfast is served until 12 PM, which is perfect for late risers like me. They even had ice cream and Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles! After checking out from the Ritz-Carlton Harbin, I came here. Although the room's hardware is comparable to a budget hotel, the service from everyone at the hotel was consistently excellent. We received a welcome gift before checking in and a souvenir after checking out – how many five-star hotels offer that? This family-friendly hotel is great, the European-style decor is beautiful, and from the river view room, you can actually see the river!"

She helped us with everything we needed, and we're so grateful! She even upgraded our room, which really showed us the warmth and hospitality of Harbin's people ❤️🔥! "This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right on Central Street. Step out the door and you're immediately in the heart of the action, perfect for shopping and trying local snacks. It's also just a short walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The entire staff was warm and polite, check-in was quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their thoughtful service made me feel completely at home. The hotel's overall decor is opulent and grand, with a magnificent and refined lobby. Every detail exudes quality, making it very photogenic. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, Northeastern specialty pastries, hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I started each day feeling fully satisfied. The room itself was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep even though we were in a bustling area. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, high-quality toiletries, and strong water pressure. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with clean elevators and public areas that were spotless and odor-free. This hotel is perfect for both leisure travel and short getaways, offering incredible value for money. Staying here in Harbin is definitely a sure bet. I'll choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all travelers!"

"The hotel is a beautiful old Russian-style building with an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 3-minute walk to Central Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. What truly stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. First, the front desk gave me a complimentary room upgrade. Then, throughout my stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day, and they offered personalized service based on my habits – for instance, noticing I drink a lot of water, they would leave extra bottles. Even my charging cables left in the room were neatly organized. On one of the days during my stay, it happened to be my birthday. While I was out, I received a call from the hotel, and they offered to order a cake for me! This truly is customer service taken to the extreme! I repeatedly declined, but in the end, the hotel ordered the smallest one as per my request, which was incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay here was wonderful, and I want to thank the hotel and all the staff."

"Great stay! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street is also easily accessible. The hotel feels safe, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. For this location, the price is really good value. The room was clean, and we booked a king-size bed room. The bathroom was also quite spacious."

"The hotel was very clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. Its location is fantastic, right next to St. Sophia Cathedral – just a short walk around the corner when you exit. It's also very close to the main entrance of Central Street, only about a ten-minute stroll away. Dining options are convenient too, with Daoli Market right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop just downstairs, although we mostly walked around the area as everything was so convenient."

"## Facilities: Since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a mall, the water pressure is quite low, which is understandable. However, the drain odor was a significant issue. They've installed anti-odor valves in the drains, which unfortunately makes the water drain extremely slowly. I had to manually clear it myself in the middle of a shower. ## Environment: The environment was okay. However, smoking bans seem to be poorly enforced throughout Harbin, and people were smoking in the hotel hallways, making it difficult to breathe. I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, probably used to it. ## Hygiene: It was acceptable. ## Service: The service was… interesting. Because there was a wedding party picking up the bride in the hotel in the morning, which caused some disturbance, they gave each guest a portable nail clipper kit. When the three of us got back and opened them, some had two nail clippers, some had one, and some had none at all. Quite amusing."

"Before I set off to Harbin, I made a lot of hotel guides. Because I took my parents out to travel, I finally chose this all-season. I thought it was newly opened and very close to Central Street! From the day of check-in, I felt that the staff were super good, very patient, everyone was very kind, especially praise! Arranged the room for us according to our needs, and also helped us upgrade the room. The internal facilities are also great, very clean, large space, and you can see the exterior! If you come to Harbin next time, you don't need to look at other hotels, you definitely prefer this whole season! Bring your parents out, parents like this hotel very much!"

Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles, proactively helped with my luggage, and processed check-in efficiently and quickly, without any delays. Learning we were out-of-town visitors, they patiently introduced nearby attractions, authentic local cuisine, and transportation routes. They even thoughtfully reminded us of things to watch out for while exploring, covering every detail, instantly making us feel welcome. During my stay, the housekeeping was incredibly diligent. Cleaners tidied the room punctually each day, paying close attention to detail and neatly arranging everything. Any daily requests, made by calling the front desk, were met with a quick response. Replenishing supplies or answering questions were handled promptly and properly. The hotel's smart delivery robots also provided a convenient and fun way to get items delivered, a truly thoughtful service. The lobby also offered complimentary tea and snacks, providing a warm feeling even when returning late. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, with just the right amount of attentiveness – not overly intrusive, maintaining perfect boundaries. When I had questions, everyone patiently answered them with a friendly and approachable attitude. Check-out was simple and fast, with no tedious waiting.
