"We were a family of three and booked three different room types. My 7-year-old son and I stayed in the family room, which had a sofa bed that was very comfortable for my husband. The room was also very clean. The location is excellent – it's close to the main road, making it easy to catch a taxi, yet it's surprisingly quiet. It's also super close to Jinan Street, just a 400-meter walk, which is incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The staff at the hotel were all incredibly kind and enthusiastic. As always with Atour, the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Very satisfied!"

"Traveling with my family, one adult and two children, finding a suitable hotel room can be quite limiting. This hotel, however, had spacious rooms with a comfortable two-meter bed, which was more than enough for us. The voice control was very convenient, the facilities were new, and the mattress was comfortable. The location is also very convenient, right next to a large shopping mall, and within walking distance to Central Street. Excellent value for money!"

"Before booking, I called the front desk and asked if the executive room included executive lounge access. The front desk confirmed that it did. However, upon check-in, we were told the executive lounge was closed and we would have to eat at the cafe on the first floor. We were served only four small dishes: red sausage, seasonal vegetables, sliced beef with pickled cabbage, and fried noodles. When we asked about drinks, they said there weren't any. We pointed out that executive lounges usually offer alcoholic beverages. The staff then offered us two beers. We questioned why there was only beer, as lounges typically have red wine and spirits. The staff then offered to pour us red wine and white wine, so we opted for a glass of red. This experience felt very poor. If they had simply told us it was a set meal when we called, we wouldn't have booked an executive room in the first place."

"Came for a concert and stayed near Harbin Station. This hotel is an old one that's been renovated, so the facilities are dated and soundproofing isn't great. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The breakfast wasn't worth the price at all (T_T), there was hardly anything edible. However, the staff's service attitude was quite good. No photos, so just picked a few random ones."
