The room was clean with no strange odors, and the zero-pressure mattress and deep-sleep pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water came quickly, and the external vanity sink was super practical. Little details like the bedside wireless charger, lighted makeup mirror, and clothesline were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast had a live noodle station, plus a rich and fresh selection of Chinese and Western pastries and fruits. The free laundry room and gym were very useful, and they even offered warm congee late at night. The young man and woman at the front desk provided exceptional service! I'm completely won over and will definitely stay at Atour again next time!"

While we were sleeping in our room, the cleaning lady tried to open the door several times. Luckily, we had it double-locked. When asked, she said she needed to deliver towels. Who delivers towels at 3 PM? If she had actually entered, it would have been an invasion of privacy. They should really check if anyone is in the room before delivering anything."

The rooms were well-equipped, and the location, right by Saint Sophia Cathedral, was incredibly convenient for getting to all the attractions. Whether by taxi or on foot, it was super easy to get around. Right across the street is the famous Daoli Market, where you can explore various local snacks. One of our rooms had a direct view of the cathedral, which was fantastic. The service was also excellent; they answered all our questions and were very attentive. Highly recommended!"
