Very nice hotel. Staff is very nice and gave us an upgrade to higher floors. Breakfast is good. Loved it!

Good hotel with comfortable location

Very beautiful hotel with amazing view on the river. Very wide choice for breakfast both Chinese and Western style. Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

No Public bar in the hotel only have drinks in your room. Room service 1.5hours for an order of 2beers. Inconsistent Room cleaning. No top up for Toilet paper. No laundry bags. No mini bar refresh. And the executive lounge only open intermittently through the day from 12pm to 7.30 pm. Breakfast chaotic dirty floors and some tables. hot food cold. Sausages eggs. Long que to enter the breakfast not enough staff or tables. Need transport nothing round the hotel with walking distance.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were kind. The location is great! A 30 minute walk and short subway ride to the Ice and Snow Festival.

Love this hotel. Great views of the river from our room. Breakfast was good too, many western options as well as chinese. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke fluent English, from the guy at door helping with bags, housekeepers, the fitness and swimming desk staff and especially the ladies at reception Zoe and April. One of the best hotels I've stayed at with regards to customer service.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Clean hotel with a nice view looking over the River. Looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

The decoration of Harbin JW Marriott Hotel is very luxurious and looks very good. The hotel service is very good and the room is very clean! I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied!

Unexpectedly good. As a hotel of several hundred yuan, it is a relatively economical price. In fact, I didn't expect much. But after staying for a day, it was surprisingly good. The water temperature was stable, the water pressure was high, the service was thoughtful, the scenery was good, the room was clean, and the facilities were new. How to summarize it, in a hotel of this level of several hundred yuan, there is simply nothing wrong with it. If I have to nitpick, it is that Jiangbei is really a little less convenient for transportation, but this is not important. After all its advantages are added up, this shortcoming can be almost ignored.
