Good service and tidy. They provided everything we needed. The buffet in the morning was also recommended. There were many food options. But the sound insulation is poor. I could hear sounds from room next to us the whole night. It made me unable to sleep well.

Happy with the PRICE/hotel star (service breakfast included).Good location, perfect staff, nice breakfast. 24 h parking at -1 level, payable. 30 min from Milan city centre or Milan Malpensa Airport. Most i like was price at the time and quality the hotel offered.

There are quite a few things that are really worth mentioning because the price we paid for this hotel is really not worth it. We were attending a conference and the wifi was so poor that we found ourselves struggling to do work on our laptops. There were only a few areas around the lobby where it worked, but definitely not in our room. It seems there are many big conferences happening there so this has to be better. We had a connecting room with someone we didn’t know and the noise was unbearable, we could hear everything that was going on next door as if there was no door, and sometimes it was difficult to sleep. We found the breakfast options quite limited and the food was below par. Overall there’s a lot of improvement to be made to the general aesthetic of the hotel and the offering as well if the price is going to be so high.

The room is spacious, comparable to domestic hotels. The breakfast is Western style, there is no hot water, and the water is expensive at 3.5 euros per pot. During the stay, the residents upstairs were skipping rope in the room, making a lot of noise
