Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel (Sofia Church)

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. The butler even carried our bags across the street. We also like that the hotel is very clean and near to restaurants and the Central Street.  当地风情，设施完善，环境舒适干净，酒店服务特别好，员工见面主动问好，特别是餐厅黄女士贴心周到，介绍周边的游玩攻略，很有耐心。还询问我们休息的好不好？看得出酒店管理很专业很到位！

Great hotel, it is across from sun island and the way across it around the corner. It was one of the breakfasts I have had as well!

The Habsburg hotel in Harbin was an amazing experience from the time you arrive till the time you leave. The hotel has a European theme to it as soon as you walk in. The staff at the front desk are friendly always greeting you as you walk in and out. Most of the staff speak English and are accommodating to locals as well as foreigners. The room was immaculate and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the room was too hot and trying to adjust the temperature on the AC wasn’t working so we had to sleep with the windows opened the entire night. Other than that, on the first day of arrival they had complimentary snacks as well as vouchers to enjoy the full experience of a Russian high tea as well as a cocktail in the evening at the bar. This hotel met all the expectations and is an affordable hotel to stay at in Harbin. The location was perfect it was situated near the Songhua river cable car, Zhongyang street where you can enjoy local street food and near St Sophia cathedral. We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the service was amazing the manager Jenny was welcoming, friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and served us well. Habsburg hotel is definitely a hotel I would recommend staying at when visiting Harbin.

Great experience at this hotel. Staffs are always welcoming. Room is comfortable and has good ambience. Bathroom is nice. Shower pressure is strong. Breakfast has a great variety and quite tasty. Staffs in breakfast hall are very attentive, especially Ms. Air who has a very friendly personality and strong commitment. Location is good, walkable to various attractions and venues. Some very good restaurants are close-by. Morning market is not far from the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel : -Near zhongyang street. -nice view with front river -such a yummy buffet breakfast. (let's try this)

At first their service ok, after one night stay changed, the room lighting got problems, after switch off, the light still flashing, I have sleepless for all night, next morning I try to ask for late check out 1 hour at 1pm, that guy not agree, must check out 12pm. I don't give any hotel negative review, this hotel are the first one, sorry you guys are Disappointed me.
