The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air, ventilated on all sides, and a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There is a free guided tour of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The hardware in the room is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

1. Nice property, situated in between coffee plantation with scenic view. 2. Great food at multi cuisine restaurant. 3. Nature walk in the evening was very good. 4. Rooms were well maintained and check in/out process was smooth. 5. Hospitality of staff was good. They helped us in all aspects.

The property is located approximately 2 km from main road and it's quite amazing. The food is good. The rooms are quite big and spacious. But the service is quite slow due to full occupancy in the weekend.

Rosetta..a lovely property..beautifully planned amidst lush greenery. Their concept of open shower is a hit and very innovative. The staff of all the departments were well ***nered and always ready to help and make you feel at home..exceptional. Special mention of Ms Anusha of front office. The food is awesome..with beautifully crafted dishes which were appealing at the same time very delicious..and such a wide variety. Credit goes to their chef Malik and his team.

The resort is nice and has activities for children. The food in the restaurant was good and the service was courteous. The reason for 2 star is to express our displeasure on one staff who was a buggy driver (Shashidhar). We had stayed in this resort earlier as well and ladies in the group complained about this issue to the resort. This is not an isolated incident and have heard 2 other ladies from another group express the same.

Pros : Rooms and Restaurant Cons : a few baggi staff were unprofessional if possible book all meal package, you will be delighted. Explore the swimming pool in evening , it will give u a heated pool feeling. Bird feeding Activity is must. Prefer visiting during monsoon
