Hotel nice environment quite good but just location is suitable for own have transport,even hotel provide shutter bus go to distance 2.5km free. And hotel need improve balcony there air-condition compressor make the sound noise.room quite big.

love this hotel ❤️ got parking, swimming pool, simple amenities (toothbrush, comb, razor, shower gel, shampoo) spacious room suitable for family for those who need massage, they can arrange one for you in the room…reasonable rate

W3 Hotel provide a great service. Beautiful Kingan was helpful to check us in to our rooms. We appreciate all the staff working on that day to help us with our luggage. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Room so spacious..staff really friendly..so special when i have been treated by the owner of the hotel..give cookies to my kids..my 1st choice when returned to Hatyai..

Checked in process was fast n smooth...plenty of parking around the hotel...water pressure was good...room was spacious but only have 1 elevator in the premises...overall was still pleasant n good...

Located at town but out of the busy area. Surrounding also peaceful and quiet. Room very clean. There’s damp smell in my room, likely from the AC but it’s acceptable after run the AC. My other room doesn’t have such of smell. Pillow little too high for me and it’s just my opinion. My friends feel good with that. Lol
