From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and couldn't do enough for us. The room was enormous and spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The food was out of this world. I can't praise this hotel enough, thank you for making our stay so amazing.

Very friendly staff, the family room was very spacious with a large double and a full single bed.
The front of house staff was very helpful.
The breakfast was great quality.
The hotel would benefit from modern decor but perhaps it was part of the charm.

Staff And Facilities Was Great.. Clean And Tidy Good.
A Little Dissapointed In Menu,Choices They Were Not To Good A Little Lacking. And The Start Time For Breakfast
Was Late On Sunday Morning 08.30 So Was Not Able To Have My Meal Only Toast And/Or Cereal To Start My Day...But I Would Use This Hotel Again.

A really nice hotel, a little old school rabit warren to fjnd the room but thats because its an old building.
Staff were very friendly, bar well stocked and comfortable and a fantastic full English breakfast.
