The river view room is very spacious, we absolutely love it. The breakfast is good as well, got a mixture of local cuisine and western food, both my husband and I quite enjoyed it. The only downside is that we found some bugs on our curtains for the last night stay:( the reception people are quite helpful for arranging a room switch. Overall, we quite enjoyed our time staying at this hotel.

房間大，乾淨衞生，服務員熱情周到，入住行政大床房，還送了兩張洗浴券，感受了一次洗浴服務，一路的疲憊瞬間消失的無影無蹤，晚上在酒店的中餐廳吃的飯，飯菜味道相當棒，價格也實惠，相當的滿意，總之入住兆豐國際酒店完美的體驗感，為承德之行錦上添花。

被子是發黴的 大家可以自己看看 出了問題後打電話給酒店工作人員 就開始各種推諉 説肯定沒問題 然後就説 送個果盤之類的 我明確拒絕 之後就是衹有保潔服務人員 來把被子拿走了 直到第二天退房都沒有酒店管理人員和我主動聯繫 當我再次提及此事 才有個自稱是經理的人 和我聯繫 給的方案 就是下次來 給免費升級房型 我訂的房間在攜程上説有歡迎小食 但根本沒有歡迎小食 非常不推薦 體驗感很差的一次旅行 因為著急趕高鐵 所以沒有和酒店工作人員過多交涉 就這麼著吧

房間地毯有小污漬，一進屋被子破了一道小口子，贈了兩張熱河洗浴票，搓澡師傅推薦項目多要錢，跟洗浴反應並不理會處理，衹給兩份早餐，一家三口帶1.4m以上小孩吃早飯，小孩必須買早餐券，我服了，八百多的五星，不會第二次去

新酒店，但維護的不是特別好，地毯上有血漬污漬。衞生間淋雨設計不合理，水很容易噴到外面。四樓餐廳非常滿意，比網紅新乾隆大福的好吃多了。菜量大，乾淨，味道好，服務員態度也特別好。
